    Great hours

I've seen 4 chiropractors in my lifetime. Dr. Yoder is a favorite! The staff is friendly and helpful too! The office vibe is full of energy and great music is always on. Tv screens stride waiting times with positive thoughts and health suggestions. Open adjustment area seems unusual at first but makes sense to me now. There are fulltime massage therapists that all are very skilled. Ive been getting treated for injuries from a car wreck because I refuse to go through traditional medical treatments with pills, pills, and more pills. I'm becoming more and more pain free each day. Thank you is not enough for this team of healing people.

This place keeps sending scams to me and flooding my emails. I tried to review them other places but they block people from doing that on FB shady !!!

Have been coming here for almost a year now and have had no issues! I had no pressure for a treatment plan after my exam or obligation to sign up for one. All the staff is very friendly too. Dr. Tim does great adjustments, very knowledgeable and the process is very quick. Also they give great massages here! I have been coming here before I was pregnant and during, they are a huge relief with the pregnancy (I got my prenatal massages done with Gary). Highly recommend! I used the pillow they provide that allowed me to lay on my stomach too! People shouldn't expect massages to be a spa treatment here... they do professional work, use pressure and bring relief to muscles & body. Working a desk job, they have been a great source to go for chiropractor care.

I got my initial month to month membership at this location in late 2022 I think. Before that I had…read morea long standing relationship with a chiropractor in Seattle who has seen me a few times since whenever I'm up there I try to get an adjustment. His care is incredible. The Joint seemed decent for mild adjustments, but the fast food health care style made me wonder if you were truly getting the best since different people could be seeing you, but you had the convenience factor of multiple locations. I would like to reiterate CONVENIENCE factor - is a huge draw to the business model - hence fast food health care. I've had a pain in my back for a few days and thought - I'm going to go take advantage of my pre-established relationship with The Joint for a quick adjustment. I walked in and a gentlemen was in right before me. He was a new patient and the lady behind the desk was explaining some stuff to him about the mountain of paperwork she was giving him. She said something about some people not being able to see well, I don't know if she was referring to the iPad option, but I sort of cringed - like why say that to someone - let them tell you if they are having a hard time seeing well. Boy was I in for a surprise myself after he abandoned his paperwork and left. I had my membership card still on my keys and so I scanned it, assuming that maybe I'd need to update some information. My address has changed, I am paying cash, and my health information hasn't changed much. She goes on to tell me that since it's been more than a year I now get to fill out the mountain of paperwork, and she also hands me the clipboard the gentlemen just abandoned to me. It's so laughable. You can't copy paste in your computer? You can't print out my old information and we can just submit that as the new paperwork? I can understand there being stupid policies, but why not be ready for some out of the box ways to solve the problem. Nope. I saw they wanted everything - it's like I'm a brand new customer again. Forget it. Stupid polices? Stupid 1 star reviews. Skip this fast food health care wannabe simply over their stupidity at retaining customers, AND scaring one away. This was all within 3 minutes of opening on a Wednesday.
