Lots of flavor options and toppings! Place was overall very clean except for the floor was a little sticky near the machines. It was a busy day though. The frozen yogurt was delicious though and definitely hit the spot on a warm day.

Me, my dad, and my lil' brother went here twice! The customer service was short and awesome, The food tasted so good! And the ambiance was great! But it was barely near to giving me the poops. Other than that, great ice cream place!

Walked to Yo Mama! on a hot afternoon for a nice cold treat. Got their smallest cup size which is a perfect snack size for one, and tried the amaretto cherry, green apple, and traditional tart flavors. For toppings I asked for blueberry juice balls and mochi. I really liked the green apple and traditional tart flavor, and could have done without the cherry froyo flavor. Loved the soft mochi topping as well! As for other topping choices, I wished they had more fruit choices and variety; when I came they ONLY had strawberries. I was hoping they'd have perhaps mango and blueberries at least, but alas only one fruit option (hence the 1 star dock). Will come again!

Came here from a suggestion from my best friend and her boyfriend and I'm glad I came!! When you first walk in it's so colorful and fun! The staff was really friendly and offered face masks to us for free for those who didn't have any. They weren't the plain hospital type masks either! They were tie-dyed, camo colored, blue, pink, hearts etc. Super cute!! I want to say they had under 10 flavors but a lot to choose from for their toppings. They had it blocked off for safety measures and their staff poured the toppings for you. Behind you from that station though you were also able to pick your own toppings such as cereal and other candies. The flavors were fresh and so were the toppings. Their to go napkin set with a spoon was so cute too! Great quality spoons (sounds weird, I know haha but they weren't flimsy). It's in such a great location too, very pretyy. You can eat indoors or outdoors as well. Definitely will come back!

My wife and I stopped in for lunch while traveling from Milwaukee to Madison on a Wednesday afternoon and found the food to be good and frozen custard and service to be great. My wife and I really like frozen custard and have found the versions in the LA area to be not great (e.g. Shake Shack). Even the dependable versions from Culvers and Andy's around Chicagoland don't taste as good as it used to. So when traveling in Wisconsin in early September, I made it a point to try a place ranked high but one that we haven't tried before. Gilles fit the bill on both accounts. It started as an outdoor walk-up that was open seasonally, and gradually converted to a year-round indoor restaurant serving burgers and sides (one remnant are bathrooms connected from the outside). There was plenty of parking outside the restaurant, and seating inside. It was hot, so nobody was sitting outside (there were plenty of permanent metal seating). and we placed and paid for the order. I ended up going back and placing two more subsequent orders. Credit cards accepted. The ice cream came out quickly, with the food being called out a bit after by name, all given to you in to-go food containers. Regular 1/3 lb cheeseburger ($7 plain) for my wife. I got the Big Daddy (1/3 lb cheeseburger (ketchup, mayo, lettuce, onion, and tomato) for $7.65). It's a larger size (size of a Whopper), and mine had fresh vegetables which made it taste good...should have added pickles (didn't realize it didn't have it). The meat isn't great...had grill marks which might be fake since it wasn't cooked over an open flame...looked like a burger that was steamed. But the fresh toppings made it great for me. I also ordered chili fries ($5 plus $1 for cheese sauce plus $0.75 shredded cheese)...it was some of the best I've had. I like chili that is more tomatoey, which this was. The fries were crisp (at least at the beginning) and tasted great...definitely worth getting the cheese sauce and shredded cheese. I had forgotten to get cheese curds ($4.75 plus $1 for marinara sauce) initially; made up for it. These were great...served right from the deep frier, very stretchy and delicious. The daily flavor of the day was 'turtle', so got one scoop of that ($3.25). Such great value, and it was so creamy with the right amount of salty chopped pecans and caramel. Our initial plan was to share one scoop between us, but ended up needing another scoop so went up to order another. So, so good. One sour comment: the bathroom that is accessible from the outside has the typical foaming soap dispenser..but instead of sending it down to your hand, it sends the squirt horizontally...in my case, right onto my shirt. At least it was just soap.

I can't speak to the food but the custard is nice, the sundaes are creative, and the prices are fair. I started with the Carrot Cake shake, which was SO GOOD! If you are a fan of carrot cake, this is a MUST! It was nice and thick, but not so thick that you couldn't drink it with a straw. Next, I had the Cauliflower Bites and Superbad burger. The Cauliflower was nicely breaded, and tender yet firm. The Superbad is perfect for anyone looking for a little spice to their burger, and yet isn't too powerful. My friend ordered the Mozz Sticks, and we admittedly were pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were. The "cheese" was super smooth and melty, while the outside coating was crispy and held it all together beautifully. The waffles fries (which came as part of my "combo") were large, crisp and well seasoned. I don't generally visit places like Twisted Plants, but I thought it was fantastic. A nice spot to try out plant based choices.

With that said, I suppose I'm not all that surprised that their fish fry was one of the best battered cod fish fry offerings I've had in the state! The amount of food you get, and the quality of food they provide is top-tier... not even putting into consideration that they are a burger and custard joint! They aren't often in the discussions with the big-wigs in southeast Wisconsin for fish fry, but I can say that I've waited in many lines longer, for worse ones, at places that were highly recommended for battered cod diners on Friday nights! If you wait until after 5, it's going to be a 30-45 minute wait... MINIMUM. But you'll understand why people are willing to sacrifice their time for this place, once you dive into your meal! Moderately battered cod pieces, perfectly fried in oil that's been changed often. Sits along with marbled rye that's been salted juuuust enough to bring out the subtle sweetness in the bread. Coleslaw isn't too creamy or vinegary, in case you're looking for a certain type like many people I know. My only complaint was having to pay for extra butters since the one they provide just isn't enough for the size of bread slice they give you. Even though 10 cents per butter isn't that much, and I understand that as a business it's not smart to give several per order just to have them potentially thrown out by customers, and I appreciate them not giving many away for free and having to cover those costs with higher prices for people that don't even use it. So just be aware that, if you're not eating it back at a place with butter available... you might want to order an extra butter per bread when you get your food so you don't have to get back into/add to the congestion of what is a typical Friday night dinner service! Either way, it's worth the wait, in my opinion! Whenever I have people come into town, and they want a great beer-battered fish fry, this has become my go-to. I've not had a bad meal there since I've added them to my rotation 10 years ago!

I had the pleasure to see the venue in action at Yelp Elite Holiday Party. The menu included charcuterie, pizza, ice cream, mulled wine, and glitter bombs. Now, before you think none of that sounds amazing stop and pause. The charcuterie had some of the most amazing cheeses I've tasted in a while and the portions were very generous. I actually thought that was the party food for the night and was quite satisfied with my little serving when I noticed pizza was being served. The pizza was absolutely delicious. I tried the sausage and the pepperoni with jalapenos. I usually don't like pepperoni. This was fabulous! It had a job of sweetness to it and the tiny pepperonis weren't bitter and overpowering. The jalapenos added just a little punch and the slice was perfectly balanced. I truly enjoyed it and I haven't enjoyed pizza since college back in the 1980's! We were treated to a cotton candy glitter puff to drop in our warm mulled wine. I'm adventurous so I tried it! I enjoyed the beverage but I'm not sure if the cotton candy added anything to the drink. It was super sweet but I LOVE super sweet wine so that was fine by me! The fact that the beverage was warm made it perfect in my opinion. The glitter bomb part -- I'm not so are about. It was something to do. I don't think I understood the instructions or maybe I didn't understand what was supposed to happen. I did, however, love the drink.
