I also love taking home a quart or half-gallon of custard every few weeks--it keeps well in the freezer and is perfect to enjoy later. One thing to know before you go is that there isn't any indoor seating. Since it's more of a grab-and-go spot, the waiting area can get pretty crowded, especially during the colder months. Despite that, it's absolutely worth the visit. I would highly recommend Kopp's to anyone visiting the Milwaukee area!

I tried the sausage and the pepperoni with jalapenos. I usually don't like pepperoni. This was fabulous! It had a job of sweetness to it and the tiny pepperonis weren't bitter and overpowering. The jalapenos added just a little punch and the slice was perfectly balanced. I truly enjoyed it and I haven't enjoyed pizza since college back in the 1980's!
