A single scoop was $6 tax inclusive, and a single scoop allows you to do a split scoop (aka choose 2 flavors). The single scoop is MASSIVE. We went with the salted caramel and wild blackberry, both of which are quite sweet but the essence of the ice cream is the texture is excellent and it was super creamy. I'd go to the Anacortes one in the future, which is way more accessible from Seattle, as I had a great first impression of this ice cream place!

The two ladies who run the crèmecart, Michelle and Sommer, sound like they are regulars at the Saturday Farmers' Market, and other island locations as well. They rotate many cool ice cream flavors and cookie combinations. Their crèmecart Facebook page listed many enticing flavors, including: butter cookie and strawberry cheesecake ice cream; dark chocolate cookie and ginger ice cream; chocolate cookie with: salted caramel ice cream or coconut ice cream or chocolate ice cream; lemon cookie with: lavender ice cream or vanilla ice cream; gluten free almond cookie with vanilla or chocolate ice cream; and on July 4th, Apple Pie Ice Cream Sandies.
