    Pork belly meal
    Karina M.

Wonderful experience! Two of my kids ordered boba drinks they loved the chewy boba one had mango and the other taro. We ordered pork belly meal. It was outstanding the meat was flavorful and not too chewy. Mac salad was great and the white rice great texture. We added two chicken skewers that were my favorite very flavorful. Pork lumpia was tasty. Very cute place to stop and grab a drink or food. The server was great at meeting questions regarding the menu and adjusting my order. Very friendly staff.

The ambiance is inviting, warm, and relaxing. Enjoyed the layout, lighting, and overall experience. Ample seating and free parking. Customer service is attentive and friendly. The dining area includes dinner tables, lounge seating, sofas, board games, and a complimentary water station. We ordered a wing combo, lumpia, and passion fruit tea. Thanks to fellow yelpers we ordered the Korean Bbq wings and they did not disappoint. The Korean Bbq wings are hands down the best wings on island. Perfectly seasoned with a hint of crunch. The lumpia was meaty and served with a side of sweet chili sauce. The passion fruit tea was delicious. Minus one star for cold fries. Will definitely return for wings and tea.

We ordered the brown sugar milk tea, Cornett bay smoothie with lychee jelly, Whidbey island smoothie, and have also had the ube milk tea, and matcha. Unfortunately we have not enjoyed any of these. I will say the boba itself is done really well but the drinks themself are just not good. I'm not sure if it's the ingredients or something else. The Cornett bay (strawberry and lychee smoothie) and Whidbey island (pineapple and coconut) tastes like they were made from some sort of powder and doesn't really resemble a smoothie at all. The menu also doesn't explain much about any of the milk tea drinks so it's hard to know what to expect out of these. I'm not sure if it's because I'm used to the seattle and Bellevue boba scene but this was not enjoyable at all for me. The inside of this place is super cute so it's a bummer that the drinks don't match the vibe. Could be a great place to visit

Suppoppper cute boba and Thai food spot! Walked in and was totally not expecting the set up and the atmosphere. Reminded me of a NY coffee shop vice a boba spot. It was so cute! I ordered a Thai Tea with boba and it was good. Not too sweet. The servers were nice also. Will definitely come back.

Oak Harbor finally as a boba shop! I haven't been back in 3 years and so much has changed! The old Jumbo Buffet was renovated into a beautiful space. The vibe is great, and that plant wall is refreshing. The first time I went in, they were out of boba - a 45 minute wait they said. I couldn't wait 45 minutes so I went home. Came back the next day and I ordered the taro smoothie with boba and it was DELICIOUS. It was the creamiest smoothie I have had with boba. No ice chunks, everything blended on point. I can't wait to go back. I haven't tried the food yet, but I'll definitely try it out when I'm back in town again.

Pork skewers are great! It was the highlight of the yobab meal with java rice. Java rice needed more garlic. Tasted more like sticky rice with butter. Mac salad was standard but made with shell pasta. Black sugar boba was standard, and the boba balls were chewier than usual but still good. Be warned that the bubble tea flavors are all powder so there's no actual tea or fresh fruit here. Lots of comfy chairs to sit on so I liked the ambiance. Took 25 minutes to get my food ready. Next time I want to try the fries.

Nice boba spot in oak harbor! ***Read:WARNING!!!! PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAFETY. !!!! The place is vibin and a good place to just hang out with the fam and friends or go on a date. The only down side is that it can get pretty pricey if you start adding everything up. The good part is that it starts at $4.99 if you just like them basic bobas/smoothie. Here is my safety issue with their building. Their exit door is quite dangerous, and my sister opened the door for me thinking it will swing longer, but it suddenly just closed on me and hit my elbow while I was trying to protect my head and drink . I got some cuts with some bleeding and after a day it did bruised. I'm not sure if it was the weight of the door it self or the way it was just built and tightened. So please for the love of boba be careful when exciting keep it open till your fully out! I do like the taro in milk tea and smoothie with their home creama (additional $1.89). I believe boba is another $.89 cents additional or something, but I do think the crystal boba is so much more chewy and some say crunchy. My cousin ordered their popular taro special called "yuji special" with the crystal boba and in the end it all add up to $10 something and she was pretty shock, but the taste was worth it. I like my taro smoothing quite the home creama. Can't wait to try the other ones. Also, if you haven't read everything the most important part is the second paragraph for your own safety. Enjoy~

I highly recommend Thai tea! I visited this place over a weekend ordered the Thai tea with coconut jelly and 50% sugar, it tastes so good. The entire decor is super cute, and the servers here are super friendly and give great suggestions.

The Boba Toons is a great boba shop to chill and refresh. The crew appears to be close knit so the family vibe is strong and you'll be greeted as such. The majority of the menu items can be customized to your preference but ask if you're unsure. I've tried about 8 different drinks and I can tell you that there is something for everyone. The food combos are delicious and filling buy the gold star goes to their mac salad. It is broke da mouth bomb!

The best boba milk tea I've ever had in my life and I've had plenty. They freshly chopped the taro and left it a little chunky in my drink and I loved it! I love the atmosphere of the place but took it to go to run some errands. Next time I'm staying to enjoy! Great service!

Packaging for meal super creative and lychee mango drink! Yumm!

It's a no for me, dawg…read more I really wanted to like this place because we don't have any real boba shops around. So I was excited to support. But if you think this is boba tea, I'm sorry.. you've been lied to. My boyfriend and I ordered the PP Tea (Peach Passionfruit... and yes, the name is odd) 50% less sweet. Oh boy.. The drink tasted aggressively chemically and syrupy. Not sweet-cute. Not refreshing. More like melted Jolly Rancher with a splash of Red 40. I also asked about ingredients because of dietary restrictions, and the cashier (she was young) couldn't really answer basic questions about what was in the drinks/toppings. If you have allergies or restrictions, that's something to keep in mind. I wanted this to be good soooo bad. I love seeing more diversity in food/drink options here. But this just wasn't it. Hopefully they improve. But for now I'll stick to making the drive out of town for my boba fix. rip Edit after owner response: For context, I did order 50% sweetness. The issue wasn't that it was "sweet" it tasted artificial. I appreciate the acknowledgment about staff training regarding ingredients. That part matters.

To kick off our experience we started with the fried pork sticky buns, and they did not last long. The crispy fried crust had a very unique texture, and contrasted wonderfully with the soft warm inside of sticky buns with BBQ pork filing. Next we dug into the Fried Combo, which included Egg Rolls, Potstickers and Crab Rangoon. The Egg Roll & Potstickers were unforgettable, but the Crab Rangoon was the real star of the show. Creamy crab filling wrapped in fried wonton paper, and some sweet chili sauce to dip in. Moving on to the entrees we shared the Beef & Shrimp Fried Noodle plate, and the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi. The fried noodles contained tender beef and succulent shrimp stir-fried with yellow noodles, Cabbage, Shredded Carrot, crisp bean sprouts, and garnished with fresh cilantro. The dish was very flavorful, with all the fresh veggies and spices tying together the noodles, shrimps and beef. Finally the banh mi. I will admit I have never tried a banh mi sandwich, but I am very glad this was my first one. All the vegetables on top provided an excellent crunch and the chicken was very tender with an amazing flavor. I also added picked jalapeño for an extra touch of heat. All in all this is a very great choice for anyone in the mood for some great Vietnamese cuisine. We will definitely be going into the restaurant next time to try something else!

As we drove there it is street parking, but we did find free public parking across the street. It is like a small little park you could say. As we entered the restaurant, we were greeted and mind you it was the first time there and they let us take our time ordering. It's really cool because you can make your own bowl and you could choose any noodles any meat for additional cost any broth, etc all for $10 or you could already get what is created for $15. Also, the restaurant inside was so cute because there were drawings on the walls and lots of little cat figurines. It is a small place so it will get crowded if there was a lot of people since there are not a lot of tables and chairs. - kimchi tofu noodle: the glass noodles worked perfect with the soup. The soup was the right amount of spice. The kimchi gives it a little bit of sourness, but I just wish the tofu ( it claims to be soft ) was kind of firm. I was obsessed with the pickled radish. I would prefer it to be more soft, but I'm not complaining. - pho noodles with Vietnamese soup: the little one destroyed it. The taste to her was really good. Every drink I've tried has been spot-on, but let me rave for a moment about their espresso shakes--they're the real deal. Back in the day, Tully's was the only place I could find a proper espresso shake. Since they closed, I've been searching for something that could fill that void... and Cade De Lisio absolutely delivers. Most places advertise shakes but serve up icy, blended creamer. Not here. These shakes are made with actual ice cream and rich espresso--no shortcuts, no false advertising. They're known for their Mount Bakers, but I came back on day two and ordered seven more espresso shakes cause others tried mine the day before and wanted one of their own. That should tell you everything you need to know about how good they are. The staff? Genuinely kind and welcoming. The coffee? Unbeatable.
