From the very first message, the entire experience was incredibly smooth and pleasant. MJ was highly communicative leading up to our appointment date. I had a lot of ideas, and she was extremely patient and accommodating as we went back and forth on styles. She even had me come in for a quick, in-person consultation beforehand, which was fantastic because it made collaborating and aligning our visions face-to-face so much easier. On the day of the session, the process was amazing. MJ constantly checked in to ensure I was comfortable. She has a remarkably light hand, there were moments where it felt like nothing at all. There was a little line in the back but I knew the tattoo I wanted from seeing some offerings on social media. While in line though, saw specials they had for piercings and I've always wanted to get a 2nd piercing on my ear lobes and re pierce my left helix. So, I filled out forms for each! Everyone was super nice, helpful, and efficient. Azia (@piercingsmostdope) completed my piercings first and was on it! She was informative of the process, made sure to verify I liked the area she'd be piercing and walks you through it as she's doing it. She's awesome and there was little pain/pinching. Lizett (@inkbypineda) was who I got for my tattoo and she was phenomenal! I love her whole vibe and personality. She was upbeat and also quick and efficient with her process.
