Since they closed down I started coming to the Kendall location and have been ever since. I started off with a specific waxer that my aunt recommended me to. But recently she wasn't there to fulfill my appointment but the receptionist at the front comforted me and told me not to worry that she was going to recommend me someone and little did I think she was going to pare me with the best waxer in this center. Her name is Zaya, she made me feel so comfortable since the minute she introduced herself. Her charisma and vibe was out of this world. She makes sure that you are comfortable. Which is so important being that I get a Brazilian... I love that she makes sure to explain everything she is going before she does it. She's so knowledgeable about the products which btw I think I have the entire collection because she has me hooked on them. Plus the best part of it all is that their actually really amazing products and the results show but consistency is key to get the results. I have recommended several family members and there was only an instance that one of my family members was scheduled with Zaya but she had left early for personal reasons. We were attended by another waxer but nothing compared to the experience Zaya provides. The girls in the front always have a smile on their face and you feel welcomed when you come in till the minute you leave. I will continue to come here for years to come best experience and forgot to mention everything is clean and fresh. As soon as I arrived, the receptionist asked me if it was my first time and helped me pick a color for my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted to do and my nail tech had just got there. Yllen made sure to ask several of her co workers to ensure the color was just right. She was super sweet and charismatic. The receptionist then asked me if I wanted something to drink and brought me a little menu. I had an iced coffee which was actually pretty good! Yllen was super detailed and shaped my nails better than I've ever had them. As I walked in, I was greeted promptly and checked in. I was taken to the back and in a room with two beds. The massage was great the masseuse frequently checked in to make sure that I felt enough pressure and then if I was OK. It did last about 55 minutes, which was great.
