It was ready within a matter of minutes. YESSSSS! But when I got to the location, I couldn't tell what was the front of the store, the side of the store, the back of the store. One side even had black plastic tarp of some sort covering all of the window s from floor to ceiling on the inside, confusing me as if it were a closed location under renovation. Once I called, I was prompted to keep driving all the way around the building to the "Macy's side" of the store and voila...found it. Walked up to the cash register for help and he followed me over to pickup, checked my name and I was good to go. I can't speak on what service is like outside of online orders, but the process for the online order was SUPER quick and fairly smooth. REMEMBER: The entrance is on the Macy's side.

I had to spell out everything because the representative couldn't even spell "William Cannon." I also had to repeat myself at least seven times because she wasn't listening. On top of that, there was a screaming child in the background throughout the call, which made it even more difficult to communicate. After being on the phone for about 45 minutes, all she could tell me was that I would receive an email if someone had contacted me about my receipt. She couldn't even look up the information while I was on the phone. Considering I had already spelled everything out multiple times, it felt like she either wasn't paying attention or simply wanted to get me off the phone because she couldn't spell anything I remained polite and patient the entire time, but the level of customer service was unacceptable. Customer service representatives should be able to listen carefully, communicate effectively, and accurately process basic information. It's a refreshing old school blast to the pre-internet past - original paneling and cool display cases - including one for pocket watches. It's also a great place for tweens/teens to learn about important stuff and find unique vintage gifts. I arrived at a busy time and I had to wait a bit to buy/sell bullion - and I just enjoyed being there. Also, the security is excellent, being part of McBride's Guns, and in a unique location that feels safe and cozy. The coin department has its own entry, the southern door off the same parking lot (accessible via 30th Street or San Gabriel). You can also reach it indoors from the Gun shop. I hung up and tried again. It was finally answered by a person but he was not helpful at all and kept talking to another person about another order. It's like I was on speaker but they couldn't hear me. After about 5 minutes, I hung up and canceled my order and I will never shop there again. Horrible customer service!
