First off i bought a 2006 Dodge Ram on Oct. 19 2017 On the 20th I took it back to the dealer and to their credit they replaced the rear end which had basically locked up, the water pump which was so bad it wiggled(bad bearing)and fixed the tailgate which didn't open Congrats for decent service after the sale.They did give me a loaner which broke down and then brought me a second loaner which I drove for two weeks. On which they had to bring me a real dealer plate after the cops threatened to impound it cause they put a copy of a dealer plate in the back window lol. So much for quality cars that have been inspected by a mechanic. Seeing how while sitting for 3 hours a couple times in the last month roll directly from an auction to the lot and get sold quickly. So now we get to the problem I have. Initially the offer was 1200 down payments around 450 a month I wanted a little less down so I gave them 900 down and my 2001 Subaru and thought I got 435 a month payments for 36 months. Yesterday i get my payment book and its 51 months. That's another 7000 dollars. Even though the salesman Jason insisted that it was only 36 months. Me and the wife were both exhausted at 7pm after work and being there 3 hours. So when he came back said 435 36 months we didnt even read it just signed it. I looked at it today it said 51 months. Guess that's on me according to them for not reading before I signed it. According to state law you are supposed to get a truth in lending statement. We got zero paperwork when we left just a paper plate and a loan payment coupon to make our first payment. Everything else even title work done electronically. So after they read my review which I took down they offered a solution today. I turn back in the truck, they get my first payment I just made back for me and my 900 dollar down payment. Then he charges me 25 dollars a day for rental. And I am out anything for my Subaru which they gave me 2000 trade in for. so out of a car and I owe them basically 750 for a rental. Oh and when my credit score hits 659 to 700 he will refinance it at a lower rate. Had he offered to rewrite the loan back to the way it was at first and I pay 300 more down and get my car back or equivalent of cash. I wouldn't even be writing be writing this Post. Selling so many cars they are opening a new store in Bluffton Next to the Liquor Store on Highway1. At least you are close enough to get a drink because you may want it before and after the sale. read more

I was sold a 17000 dollar truck that needs over 10000 dollars worth of repairs. I was lied to and told it needed a simple tune up. All a lie the shocks the drive shaft the head gaskets oxygen sensors. The purge canister and all the sensors under the hood. Both lower control arms all of the suspension parts are bad. None of the break lights work there was 26 check engine lights on that were cleared before I got the truck I've had nothing but problems with it in the 4 months I've had it. I was told the mechanic that jerry rigged everything was fired and that it was a nightmare vehicle and supposed to go to the auction (by an employee) with all that said I was pushed off by the service center because I voiced my problem with the truck and was told by the owner if I buy the truck and purchased the warranty it will be fixed no problem.....well its been nothing but a problem. So now I'm stuck with this truck and owe a crazy amount of money on it still. I have been pushed off by the service center manager or who ever she is, I've cant get a response from her. Only when I asked if my warranty can be honored by another shop she answered me back real fast. She also told me to lie to the warranty company about the truck cause they had it for a month and still did not fix everything that's wrong with it. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I bought a 2017 Ford Edge. I had it one weekend. In the first 24 hours I had a check engine light came on and the SUV started sputtering at speeds over 50 mph. Had to have it serviced. It is a used car can happen. Then the service department says I need a new motor. They asked if purchased the vehicle through them. I said yes just a few days ago, everything should still be under warranty. Then the next day the diagnostic totally changed to a wiring issue. Scott Wade never returned any of my calls when I tried to find out what was going on. When I went to pick up the car after it was serviced, they tell me, Scott didn't disclose all the information to the bank. The bank acked out of the deal. I have worked hard to try to repair my credit. I don't need banks thinking I tried to falsify a loan application. So now I don't have the vehicle that we agreed upon, after taking a half day off work to essentially deal with their issue. I did my part giving them all the information they asked for. I woud rather be told no then to be made to feel like I was part of some shady business. I did get my down payment back. I think I dodged a bullet honestly, if this is the way they do business. This dealership took it as a trade in without the title and sold them a car. A few days later I get a power of attorney from the family member and told to sign it according to the dealership. I am so happy that YES is under new management! The owners Angela and Brian are honest, approachable, good listeners and have new inventory coming in almost daily. I like the idea that they work so hard to help people who are hurting, who really need a good life. I have been in Customer Service for over 40 years and I know what good service looks like! Wherever the two of you came from, you get it! I will refer anyone who will listen to YES! It makes me so sad when someone writes a poor review for a business who does not deserve it... :( I can clearly see that the one star complaints are from mid 2019. Bought a car from here and traded in my old one with the intention of rolling over my existing loan. Instead they rushed me through paperwork and worked me into signing a document stating there's a zero balance even though I mentioned several times and even showed them I owed on it. They refuse to pay off the other loan now and I'm stuck with two car payments one of which I don't even own anymore! Would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

If you're wondering if this dealership is a front for some sort of scam, the answer is right in front of you in big bright yellow letters. I think they have 3(?) employees, none of which will ever want to talk to you after you actually take your car home. They advertise a whole slew of support and service but I literally doubt they have tools on sight to fix anything. I talked to Angie, who I think is the leader of the operation, and she is just a hoot. I'm kidding, she sounds like she committed a crime and is constantly changing her story. Yes should sell their building back to whatever hot dog stand existed there before, based on the ugly colors outside and sweaty pork smell within, and maybe take up scamming over the phone or online. At least with those scams it wont matter that they don't wear masks. By the way not a single employee wears a mask and our good friend Angie was bragging about how little she cares about pandemic precautions. Yes! So where to begin... Scott was very professional and explained as much to me as he could, and instantly made me a fan of Yes Automotive from Day 1. I never thought it was going to be as easy as it was, and being young and an inexperienced car buyer, I didn't feel like I was being sold to. That is where the positives end though. So I got my car about a month and a half ago, and she was a beaut'. Test drove it, bought it, loved it, bought a cheesy sport steering wheel cover, the whole shebang. Fast forward a month, something is wrong. My car is now idling super rough, check engine light comes on going to work. I'm immediately dumbstruck, what could possibly be going wrong with my 18,000 dollar car so soon? So I call Yes Automotive since their cars have a limited warranty on them plus I paid an extra 2-3 thousand for the 3 year extended warranty like a responsible adult. I'm told that they're booked up 2 weeks in advance and I should take it somewhere else. Now I'm irritated. So I call the sales department because I have a question about the new plate and registration, as I was told beforehand that I would be getting a call when all the paperwork was done to get the new plate set up. Well, that never happened and I'm told that the lady who deals with that stuff has been out for a week. Great, so now I'm stuck with an 18,000 dollar car that I can barely drive, and expired dealer tags. So I explain my situation to the lady in sales and she immediately says hold on, the owner is here I'll ask her and see what she can do. Turns out, they can get me in that Friday and they would let me know what's going on! Later I get a phone call at work, I'm told that the car is having an issue with the Evap Solenoid and it's not covered by the limited warranty or my extended warranty, and everything will cost me 380 dollars. Well, at this point ubers are getting expensive so I tell them to get it done. Fast forward, I get my receipt and my car back... 95 dollars for a diagnosis is tacked on top of the 163 for the part and another 95 for the work? Excuse me? Feeling worse and worse as time goes on, and praying the car makes it through the loan length. Please, don't be like me and get charmed by the "warranty". Apparently this issue is something they deal with regularly, and the customer just gets the finger. Yes Automotive, you got me into a car and I'm grateful for that, but 4 wheels don't mean much when I'm stranded on the side of the highway with a 18,000 dollar paperweight. #rant read more

Can't even give them a star but had to to post but this place is the worst customer service I have ever seen they only care about the sale not the customer the vehicles they sale are definitely not service certified my vehicle was bought in July 2018 and yesterday my transmission went out in my $13,000 car that luckily will be covered Because why they give you a minimum warranty 12 month or 108,000 miles in my case on my car but my point is if they actually serviced the vehicle before they sale them they could help prevent major issues like this for customers the car has had issues from day one with the engine light and the ignition I had it in and out of the dealership and they said they couldn't find anything wrong and just kept resetting the computer so the light went off So needless to say now this issue I take you back to two weeks after I bought the car and I was stranded because the ignition was locked on the car and would not turn for the car to start so they told me again my problem gave me the name of a of key person and sent me away oh but wait they were kind enough to give me my payment back and say they would wait for it since I would have to pay to refinance key the car lol wow really now mind you I still owe them a little money and by a little I'm mean like $250 but hey as much as I've been through in such little time with now a $12,000 piece of shit that I'm still paying the loan on I have no way to work so I can make the payment and I understand it's a used car but I'm 7 months in and know I brought it back for at least a month telling them there was something wrong so now what! so much for helping people out in every situation and customer service well I'd give it the best for the worst in the area only in it for the money!
