I debated on whether to bother writing a review and how to explain it in 2,000 letters or less. Challenging but I'll try to stick to the highlights. My son bought a used Kia less than 50k miles the end of October. It's already had recall repairs prior to my son buying it. About 3 months later, vehicle broke down randomly in Toledo. Contacted this dealership, repair went okay with some push back from service. I don't expect my son to be treated special or above another customer. Ethan made the 2nd repair as difficult as possible. First repair, no loaner available. Okay. Vehicle broke down Wednesday, DOA. Towed to service Thursday. Exactly 30 days after the last recall repair. He already went without his vehicle for approximately 10 days a month ago. I was told it would be at least a week or more before it could get into service for diagnosis, no loaner available again of course. After a few conversations with Ethan, then Chris, my husband plugged in our own ODB reader. After some checking, service determined it's the engine 'death code', and related to the recall. It took my husband less than 5 minutes. I don't expect my son to be treated special or above other customers. But I did expect him to be treated like a valued existing customer. The loaner they claimed wasn't available sat unused all weekend long. We went to service on Saturday, we seen the loaner they finally gave him on Monday. They had to bring it into the bays to defrost it. Wipers were hard frozen from the weekend ice storm. It wasn't a new loaner, it was being used as a loaner. It was available when Ethan called me Monday morning around 9:30 am. I mentioned I would come down and wait in the lobby for a loaner, probably talk to other customers while I'm there. Coincidentally, a loaner was a available less than an hour later. There's not enough characters to fully explain the terrible experience with service. I had to give my debit card, completely open ended, just to get the loaner. A blank check with no limit. I was told it was required for 'incidentals'. Basically I had to take the dealership on good faith. Another coincidence that 2 other customers said they didn't have to do that under similar circumstances. I presumed they would treat him like any other valued customer. Keep in mind this is a NHTSA recall, a manufacturing defect. You're not doing a favor for customer's by fixing something that should have worked properly from the beginning. My son is young, he'll buy many cars over the years God willing. Due to how he was treated by service, he will never buy another Kia. And we have been sharing his experience with numerous friends. I noticed the more recent ratings for this dealership are getting worse. Hmmm. There's not enough characters to outline everything. Don't buy Kia. read more

Worst experience ever. They lied several times and they will hard hit your credit numerous times. They kept saying your approved and then come back and change their minds. If you decide to buy a Kia, please go to Kia of Muncie. They are amazing and honest. If you choose to go to this shady car lot do not get Brendon, Jay, or Jerome. They are the ones who lied to my daughter several times and kept her their for hours. She went to Muncie and had her brand new Kia sportage in an hour. read more

Admittedly, my dealings with the operation were limited, and never got past the initial communcations and info exchange phase. But this is only on account of the geographical distance involved. I don't know about the service department: in all brutal honesty, with the fact that THE SERVICE TECHS AT CAR DEALERSHIPS ARE ACTUALLY ON COMMISSION, I'm not sure any of them would meet a reasonable standard of honesty, professionalism, and value for your dollar. The reality of commissioned techs in service depts. presents an egregious conflict of interest, in my opinion. Sales is another story... I did not ultimately end up buying from this dealership, but I wish that I had. My exchanges with Nicholas Nguyen were informative, professional, honest, efficient, transparent, polite, and kind. He knows the true meaning of customer service, and many car dealers everywhere should take a lesson from him. He is humble and respectful, and never pressured me. Only, he wanted to be of service in any way possible. The single, sole reason I did not buy from him is strictly a matter of geographical distance, but in retrospect, it would have been worth the trouble because this outfit, and Nicholas N., are stellar, top-notch in the business. read more

Bought a 2022 used Kia. There was stuff left in the car from the previous owner, the car smelled like cigarette smoke, AND we were given only 1 key! I could understand if it was some rinky-dink car dealer, but this was the actual KIA dealership! They told us we would have to buy another key. read more

Fort Wayne Kia - Car Dealers Near Me - Fort Wayne, Indiana

Salesperson (Brendan) was great in terms of knowledge, personality, etc. - would have loved to buy from him. But...their non-negotiable add-on policy is what's keeping me from doing business with Fort Wayne Kia. As of last year (2021), they insist on selling a Ziebart protection package with their cars. According to Eddie the sales manager "It's kind of like our new thing" and it's "not an option to take off." The Kia dealership in Mishawaka does not have this add-on, so it's not a Kia-specific thing, it's a Kia Fort Wayne-specific thing. I recommend they try a different "new thing". This package adds $2k to the cost of the car, and you basically get scotch guard and an annual detailing (more or less). Using maths: Car detailing costs around $150. Avg length of car ownership in America = 8.4 years. 8.4 x $150 = $1,260. And that's if you're diligent and get your detailing every year. We were going to either buy 2 Tellurides or 1 Telluride and 1 Carnival. We're now buying 0 cars from them because of this non-negotiable add-on policy. read more

Absolute nightmare!!! Avoid this dealership at all cos! I purchased a K5 and traveled all the way from Pittsburgh. The finance guy pushed to take an extended warranty. He pressured me into signing the papers saying that they have others waiting. When I tried to question him why I see an extra charge for a service he said he is offering for complimentary, he dodged it and told that I am not paying anything extra and the monthly rate would be same even he removes the complimentary service. High pressure sales team. Getting registration done is another nightmare. I had to call them multiple times to get the status of the registration paperwork. First they said that everything is in order and I will directly get my plates from DMV. A week later when I called back, they said there was some information mismatch and registration was pending and also denied that they ever mentioned that I will directly get the plates. Again after a week I get same response saying that there was some information mismatch and the paperwork wasn't processed. My temporary tag is set to expire in 7days and no sign of response from the dealership. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this dealership. I wish I had bought my vehicle from some other dealer nearby my city. Absolute waste of time and energy. read more

My first review of Kia Fort Wayne services was about four years ago when I bought my first Kia and gave them five stars. I never had any problems. The people who worked in the services department were very polite and always ready to help. Unfortunately, they have gotten so bad in the last couple of months. The customer service people on the service always condescendingly treat you, and sometimes they are insulting. I bought a Kia Sorento, and the cool feature on the driver seat car was not working. I bought my car there three times, and they couldn't figure it out. The last time they were rude, I brought my car to the Kia services in Muncie. They discovered the problem and 30 minutes, and they didn't charge me. About one month ago, I brought my car for an oil change, and they offered me tire rotation and filter inspections. I said yes, but then I remembered I had two brand-new tires on the front. I returned to the service person and told him not to do the rotation since they were brand-new tires. He responded," The technician will see the new tires and not do the rotation." OK. The service took way longer than expected, they gave me a discount, and I didn't look if they did the rotation. When I got home, I looked, and they did the rotation. I called them, and because they said I had a recall to do it, they would make the rotation. They called me. I brought my car for the recall. They said it would be about 3/4 hours, so I got home. They offer the shuttle(charming people). After 5 hours, I called them, and no response. Finally, I could talk to them, and they said, "Parts of the recall were missing, and they couldn't do it." How is this possible? My car stayed there for 5 hours and later said they couldn't do it. But according to them, they did the tire rotation. To my surprise, again, they lied, and no car rotation was made. A couple of weeks later, I received a text saying that my parts had arrived ( they gave me an order number) and that I needed to schedule an appointment for the recall. I was so tired of talking with these guys that I asked my husband to call to ensure they had the parts. He called the service people and asked about the guy who was rude over the phone and said he had no idea how to help. So my husband said he had the order number, so the guys said it was " not his job" and transferred him to the parts department. We did the recall Saturday and Thursday this week. The engine light call turned on. I called them to ask if they could run a diagnostic to ensure it was unrelated to the recall. This time I talked to a girl in customer services, and she said she was sure it was not from the recall, and she couldn't see me this week, only on the first week of June. I tried to argue and asked her to talk to the manager. She said he was out and passed me to the service people. Same guy, same bad attitude. He said the same thing he was sure was not from the recall. How do these people know without even seeing the car? We argued, and for now, I have decided I will never go there again while all these people are there. I love my Kia, which is my third one. But having to deal with these horrible customer services in the Services department is something I don't want to do again. Do not go there. Travel for 2 hours and see the people on KIA Muncie. They are always ready to help and very knowledgeable. read more

This is the worst Kia place I have ever been to. The service here sucks. Let me tell you about my day. Prior to getting there, I had to make an appointment for the recall on my vehicle. When I called, no one picked up the phone. Little did I know this would be the theme of my time with Kia. Finally, when I did get a hold of someone, she told me that she couldn't make me an appointment for whatever reason and she would have the recall department call me back to make an appointment. That never happened. In fact, a whole week passed and no one called me. So my husband stopped in at the Kia store and made the appointment for me. Keep in mind - this recall was potentially for an engine issue that could cause my car to EXPLODE. Finally, the day comes and I drop my Kia off at the service department. They told me it would take two hours, so I decided not to grab an Uber and go to work since I could take a few hours off. Instead, I went to the bookstore. Two hours passed. Nothing. Two and half hours passed. Nothing. I called Kia's service department and no one answered. Three hours passed. I am now stranded at an outdoor strip mall where the bookstore was, in the rain, with my boss texting me and wondering when I am going to be in to the office. FOUR HOURS PASSED and I still could not get a hold of Kia. No one called me, no one texted me, and no one answered my calls or the texts that I sent to their text line. Finally, after five hours of being stranded, wondering when they were going to call me, my husband got off of work. He drove across town to pick me up and we went to the Kia place. When I walked in, they were STILL working on my vehicle. I had been quoted two hours. We were now at five hours. I asked the people at the service department why no one had answered the phone when I called or tried to contact me when the two hour time limit had passed, and no one could give me an answer. They did, however, tell me that my vehicle was "almost done" and I needed to wait fifteen minutes for the shop to finish it. I looked at my husband and said "I'll bet you a hundred dollars we're here at least another half an hour." That was a bet I would have won had he taken it. I was there for another hour. Every once in a while I would ask what was taking so long and I would just get confused looks from the people at the service counter. Then, when they finally called me back to pick up my vehicle, IT WAS THE WRONG VEHICLE. That's right. The people at Kia started up the wrong vehicle for me and tried to give it to me. I could have jumped in that car and driven off with someone else's vehicle. The car they tried to give me wasn't even a similar color to the one I had dropped off and it was a completely different model. They literally tried to give me someone else's car. When I pointed this out to them (which, by the way, the same people trying to give me a stranger's car were there when I dropped my car off), one of the workers had the audacity to tell me I was wrong! She tried to tell me that this stranger's car was my own! It was only when another worker backed up what I was saying that she realized she had made a mistake. She then told me to wait another fifteen minutes because their systems were messed up and they couldn't find my car. I'm not joking. They lost my car on their car lot. After being told this job would take TWO HOURS, I had now been waiting on Kia to finish my car for SIX HOURS. At the six-hour mark, I finally told them that I was going to go home and that they need to call me as soon as my car is finished. As my husband and I were pulling out of the parking lot, a worker ran out to tell me they had found my car and they were pulling up with it. I was FINALLY able to get into my own vehicle and drive home. Because of the absolute incompetence of the people that work at Kia Fort Wayne, I lost an entire day of work, unpaid, was stranded in the rain for nearly six hours and got sick from it, was almost given a stranger's car, AND had my own vehicle lost by the people who were supposed to take care of it. Oh, and for all this trouble? All they did was test my vehicle. They didn't repair anything or replace anything. I endured this absolutely ridiculous day full of the dumbest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting for a vehicle TEST. It's not even the fact that they were having "technical issues" that day. I understand technical issues. But there was ZERO communication from Kia. They refused to answer their phones - which again, is not an issue that only occurred on this day, because I had called them for weeks prior and no one picked up. They did not try to call me at any point in the day. They did not try to keep me updated as to what was going on with my car. They did not answer my text messages on their dedicated texting line. They did not do anything that a customer service agent should do. read more

Took car in to service on 9/5/2023 for a transmission noise that a previous auto shop diagnosed that it was coming from transmission.. Being it was a 2021 kia forte with only 29,998 miles, they suggested I take it to a KIA dealership to diagnose further.. This is where I took the car and to my surprise, they came back with it not being transmission but the front end alignment and tire balance.. From the start I was already not believing what they said as the noise just didn't make sense.. They swore that's all that was wrong with the car and charged me 155.92.. Just as I suspected, the noise was still there.. Same exact noise, same exact everything and nothing was changed... I honestly believe they didn't even do any work to the car and don't believe they test drove it after the work was done to verify it was fixed.. Not only that, on 7/7/2023 I took the car there for inspection with 28,939 miles which is only 1000 miles until this incident and there was no front end alignment issue.. I did not hit any pot holes or anything that would have cause issue with front end.. What this all boils down to is that im out 155.92 and having the same exact issue.. The mechanic before said it was a transmission issue and I watched him through a glass window as he inspected the car.. That is something you cant do at KIA.. I dont trust this dealership and now I will have travel either 60 miles to Mishawaka or 75 to Muncie to a KIA dealership... Not happy! read more

Recently, I purchased a KiaSoul for my teenage sons. It was a decision that I thought over time and time again. They're completing drivers training, they're new drivers, they have no experience. I took all those factors into consideration and almost talked myself out of the best decision I've made in a while. I allowed myself multiple Sunday visits, while the dealership was closed, to look, touch, and view the stock of cars on the lot. I compared prices, I priced insurance and I thought some more. I compared prices online, looked at the KBB and then I made the decision to purchase. I applied online which is an easy process and hassle free. I was called the next day, I met my salesman we drove the car, talked about my maximum price, I drove the car again and I went home. My salesman was a gem, not overly aggressive, but patient and understanding. He answered all my questions and readily for information for those he could not answer. I allowed myself 3 days to ponder after that, with only 1 call in the interim from my salesman to see where my mind was. I wanted to know that my sons would be in a safe, reliable, efficient vehicle. I wanted to ensure that problems could be repaired at minimal cost to me, and I wanted to feel secure in my purchase power. I bought my KiaSoul on a Saturday with little hassle or haggle. All the details were worked out over the phone and I came in and signed my deal. This dealership is efficient, they offer kind service and I'm extremely pleased with my decision. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! I cannot stress this enough. Not only did they have my car for days longer than what they should, but they told us it would be $467 when we were on our way to pick up my car but when I got there they made us pay close to $1000. Now tell me how the price can go up $500 in a matter of minutes when the CAR WAS COMPLETE WHEN WE TALKED TO THEM LAST. Management and Bryan have not been good to deal with a refuse to honor the price they told us when we have text receipts of what they said we had to pay ($467.) Funny thing is I told a car salesman I would be back in a few months to buy a car before this whole ordeal, but not anymore. My family and I will no longer be customers!!! read more

Found the vehicle I liked online. The salesman contacted and all was good so far. I went to the dealership and signed a few papers and was told I had to wait for the vehicle to be completed but it shouldn't take long. It took 4 months. I was constantly calling and texting the salesperson and he kept saying it was delayed.Finally it came in and I went to pick it up. During the conversation at the dealership I asked if the 1st service was included and my salesman verbally said it was. Well when it came due for the first service I was told because it wasn't put into the contract the service cost was on me. I have bought several new vehicles in the past and all included the first service. Then let's talk about the fact that the building area has looked like an atomic bomb landed on it for several years now. Disgusting area. The service guy acts like you are bothering him if you want to ask questions about services also. Just don't go there unless you want horrible service from everyone. read more

They have pushed back the date for pickup without reasoning multiple times and now that we have finally come to pick it up. Run far far away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a horrible experience. Makes me never want to buy a car again. I chose a couple vehicles I liked online and was assured they would be swept off (snow) by the time I arrived. Sales rep Eamon (sp?) sat me in an office. Came back 20 minutes later to ask what vehicles I wanted to see - again. Said he'd clean them off for me. Finance guy (Dave?) came in 15 minutes later and said he wouldn't sell those cars to his mother. Really? No, he would go find some other ones for me to drive. I sat alone for a half hour. Finally asked the lady at reception (very nice - the ONLY thing good about this visit) if she could call my sales rep so I could just leave. She did and no one showed up. They even kept my flash drive with no overtly private info on it. I left the lady at reception my address so they could mail it to me and they never did. Never again. read more

The service department manager, Brian, is a complete jerk and quite honestly one of the rudest people I have had the misfortune of talking to. I had an appointment on Friday because my 2017 Sorento engine was ticking, I get greeting by a pleasant man who tells me unfortunately if he hooks it up to the diagnostic machine and it fails (he said by listening to it, he was certain it would) then I would have to leave my car there and because they have no loaner cars right now that I should come back on Wednesday because they signed a contract with enterprise so they would have more cars available to loan. So I said great what time, he asked if 4 would work and I said sounds good and drove the hour back home. Tuesday I called just to double check that I would for sure have a rental car available and everything was still good to go, Brian answered the phone and informed me that he fired the man I spoke with on Friday and they do not offer loaner cars. So I said what happens when I bring my car up and it fails then? He informed me that "his hands were tied" and basically I was shit out of luck because he would not give me my car back and he had no vehicles for me to drive home in.. we are a family of 5 and have 1 vehicle, I have no friends or family living close enough that just have a spare car sitting around.. I asked what am I suppose to do then, just drive it until the entire motor blows up? His response was "well your driving it now, aren't you?!" ‍ I called Kia corporate and they said that is absolutely not how things are done and tried calling to speak to him but he wouldn't take the call (of course) so Kia advised me to try Kia in Toledo. I just got off the phone with them and they have me all taken care of! They were kind and completely understood the issue and will have a rental car waiting for me when I get there! Granted I do have to pay the $35 a day charge but at least they gave me options and worked with me to find a solution rather than basically saying f*ck you! Never again will I be back to Fort Wayne Kia, or recommend them to anyone. read more

I can not be more annoyed with this place. They emailed me a coupon for The Work service ($39.99 vs $54reg price). I schedule an appointment online going through that email. All went smooth there. It wasn't until I get to the service area that they tell me oh that was a misprint. It is a $65 reg. price and the coupon was suppose to be for $10 off. And they can not honor that coupon. What?!?! I couldn't have gotten an email about that mistake before? Or a call??? So I canceled. I did have a recall that I had them do. I will not be back. Had an appointment to bring my daughter's car in to fix the door locks/latches. I sat in the waiting room for two hours without hearing anything. I go up to the counter to ask what is going on and am told that it was never brought back because the service manager never spoke with me. And to boot he kind of tried to make it sound like my fault. My wife and I purchased a Kia from this dealership. It is 2 months later and we have yet to receive our title information. They tried to sell us the vehicle for a higher price than the advertisement. They have been rude. The finance manager messed up the paperwork and threatened us when we couldn't put our lives on hold to run in, that day and time that he wanted, to help him fix his mess up. They tried to charge us a higher interest rate than the bank allowed which resulted in the bank denying the paperwork and making them fix it. They asked for us to bring in other, personal identification, information which they "lost" and need re-sent to them so they can expedite the paperwork and fax it to the BMV because our 2nd paper plate expired yesterday. Still waiting on them to finish the paperwork. Terrible service Terrible people Terrible communication. We would NOT recommend them! Buyer beware! read more

I bought a used vehicle here and I noticed the next morning it had issues. I called them and they agreed to take care of 2 of the 3 issues. A broken mirror that I hadn't noticed, and noise from the front end. They ordered the mirror, and I dropped it off after it was delivered (two weeks). I dropped off my vehicle ( after borrowing another since they had no loaner available) and they call me back with a very detailed description of what was wrong. The front axle had 1/2" of play in it. So they order a new ( to find out later it was actually used) axle. Two days later it shows up damaged. I'm being very patient at this point. So they order another one... over a week goes by and it's not there. They finally provide me a loaner car and again describe in detail of how badly broken the axle was... just shy of another week ( 3 weeks now) I get a call saying the parts are there and it will be ready that day. They replaced the struts and mounts... not the axle... and now they expect me to believe that the axle is fine... on top of that they didn't even finish the job with an alignment so I have to take it in again! ( not back to them as I will not be going back there). Of course they did offer to continue working on it, but why would I let them when they have proven that they don't know what they are doing? They are paying for the alignment, but talk about an incompetent service department! They left trash in my car, grease on my steering wheel and door, car drifts hard to the right, and the mirror is loose! They told me they fired the original guy who diagnosed the axle, and I find out today they moved him to sales... lies. Now I am left with a vehicle that I don't even know if it has a good axle!!! This place is bottom of the barrel at best. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR PURCHASES AND SERVICE! read more

Just purchased my new 2018 Soul. By looking at the car from the outside you wouldn't think there would be much room inside but, Wow ! Very Nice ! I applied online last night and was pre-approved for a car. I called them this morning and set up a time to come in. When I got there I had to fill out the same paperwork that I did online for the first hour. Then we test drove a car and liked it. After that we sat in an office for 2 hours trying to explain that we wanted our payments to be $350 or under. They started out offering us $588 a month!! Our salesmen Josh acted like he was doing us a favor by even dealing with us. "We are taking a loss on the car and writing part of the equity off to get the payments down" Taking a loss on a car sale? I don't think you can do that and stay employed. At one point he brought up a website trying to show us how much we would save in gas by buying this car. It was high pressure sales tactics the whole time. We outright told them where we stood from the beginning and where our payments needed to be and they spent the whole time trying to change our mind. We left frustrated. They needed to be honest and say they could either find a car that fit our budget or just tell us upfront that they couldn't. They only tried to sell us one type of car the 2012 Kia Forte. They didn't give us any other options. None. Even after we asked. I think the icing on the bad customer service cake is when I received a phone call at 6:30pm tonight, from a different salesperson at Kia saying they had just received my online application and wanted to set up an appointment for us to come in. My fiancé has been trying to get my mom a new car for the past 3 weeks. My father passed away in August, which is why my fiancé got involved in an attempt to take some stress off her. He dealt with Mike, who seemed like a decent guy at first. After a week of back and forth, they came to an agreement on a deal for a car that we found out was not in their lot. So when he agreed to buy the car we were told that they would have to find it at a different dealership and that it would be significantly more expensive than what was agreed upon. So we went back to the drawing board and agreed upon a different build that was in the lot. Mike told us the price, my mom went and got a cashier's check made (because she needed to buy the car with insurance money) and then my fiancé got a call from the GM saying that the deal Mike told us we were getting was over in October so the vehicle would be more than we were told. Although both my fiancé and I wrote the place off and agreed that we were dealing with scumbags and needed to go elsewhere, my mom was tired of going in circles and just wanted her new car. So she agreed to buy the vehicle at the higher price, made an appointment to pick it up, then was told a few hours before that appointment that she couldn't pay it all in one shot and would have to finance (even though we made it clear MULTIPLE times that she wanted to pay everything at once). Needless to say, she did not buy the car. We will tell as many people as we can about how horribly this place is being run and how little they care about their customers. I purchased a car from Fort Wayne Kia for 23,000 had fairly low miles in decent condition about a week later I started having tons of issues fluid leaks, exhaust leaks, I found parts missing off the car and I found out I had no rear brakes it was a Subaru so I took it to the Subaru dealership to get looked at turns out fort Wayne Kia had my car there before I bought knew about the issues decided to cover them up instead of fixing them. This car had a dealer warranty, factory warranty, and I purchased a warranty myself and I had to threaten to call a lawyer to get them to fix it. After I got my car back I went threw everything and found out they left bolts missing on my car used cheap aftermarket parts that broke a few months everything they did to my car had to be fixed and replaced by the Subaru dealership. read more

This is gonna be long but, we bought a 2011 Kia Sorento from Fort Wayne Kia on a Friday and it was in the shop by Monday. It needed the struts replaced (they only replaced one side), oil change, and new spark plugs. The salesman, Bobby, promised that we would get the back-up camera fixed, because we liked the added safety feature . But they wouldn't fix it because they have a 'budget', and the only way they would fix it would be if I payed them $250. A few weeks later, my pregnant wife was driving down US 30 and the car shut off with semis all around her. We took it back to Fort Wayne Kia and they swore up and down that they couldn't find any issue with the car, even though it had a code for a cylinder #1 misfire(which they claimed was a computer glitch). So they sent us out the door without fixing anything. Soon after, the car was back in the shop for the same issue. We battled with the Service team to get some sort of a repair done, but they kept telling us nothing was wrong and they couldn't repair anything until they could get the car to act up for them. After 4 times in their shop and being without our new vehicle, we were getting fed up. So I did some of my own research and called Dale(Service Manager), and gave some suggestions on what could be wrong. He replied, or more like yelled, "Because everything you read online is true, we aren't doing a repair until we know what's wrong.". Seeing as how we were getting nowhere with Kia, we decided to take it to our own mechanic. He found the issue in 42min, no exaggeration. $500 later we are back on the road, no wonder Kia didn't want to "find" the issue. Now the struts need replaced on the other side. All you will get from Kia is false promises, rude service, and a lighter wallet. Thank you for ruining our savings for our new baby, Kia. read more
