I've serviced my car (s) there, I've rented cars there ( Dave Renner is The Man!! ) and I will end…read moreup buying a Toyota there soon. They've always treated me well at Evans and the team is made up of Good People. I'd certainly recommend friends and family pay them a visit for any of their car needs. Added bonus... Doug Morris has been my insurance agent with Evans Insurance Network for the last year and he called me one day just to tell me he could save me fifty bucks a month by simply switching me to another one of their insurance carriers. How cool is that? I don't have to make the calls to various insurance companies - Doug Morris does it for me!! I'm telling you, there is no better Insurance agent. I saved a hell of a lot more than 15%, more than double that actually. Evans Toyota is a class act organization. I've read some of these reviews on here and it shocks me... Sometimes the only reviews a place gets on this Yelp are negative and in this case, the company services a hundred people every day for a reason - Good People = Good Service. Check into this place for your next car service, rental, purchase, tires, parts - even your auto insurance and you'll be most happy you did.

My roommate has been staying out in Fort Wayne In she was looking for a Toyota dealer to do oil…read morechanges on her car when she found this dealership. In the beginning they were good to the point she purchased a extended maintance program. She took her car in the beginning of June before she drove out to Ca. She wanted then to check her fluids, filters, and oil change. When she got to Ca she asked if I would take her car for a drive since it didn't feel right. The car vibrated all over the place I took it to our local tire store for them to check the tires out. They found that almost all the weights on the tires were gone. I checked the fluids which were all low I checked the air filter and noticed a K&N filter I placed in her car before she left to go back there was not there also the cabin filter was very dirty. When she returned she had to get another oil change and told the service guy what took place in Ca. Telling him about the tires which he's response was I don't believe that happened. Ummm excuse it did I was standing there when they took the tires off and there was no weights. Also meantioned regarding the 80.00 K&N filter which was brand new and there a sticker on the box not to remove it. Nothing didn't say a word not offered to reimburse the money lost with what they took out and I had to repurchase for her. Then You get to the cabin filter which was black and covered in leaves leaves from the house she is staying at. After she told me what took place when she got back getting it serviced I wanted to file a complaint regarding all these issues. I have called no call back went on line and filed a complaint NOTHING. So now since shel be back there for a little longer she is looking for a new mechanic to wrk on her car. Since this place dropped the ball and practically called her a lier.

Since they have blocked me from their Facebook Page and taken down the review section. So here is…read moremy review. First off i bought a 2006 Dodge Ram on Oct. 19 2017 On the 20th I took it back to the dealer and to their credit they replaced the rear end which had basically locked up, the water pump which was so bad it wiggled(bad bearing)and fixed the tailgate which didn't open Congrats for decent service after the sale. They did give me a loaner which broke down and then brought me a second loaner which I drove for two weeks. On which they had to bring me a real dealer plate after the cops threatened to impound it cause they put a copy of a dealer plate in the back window lol. So much for quality cars that have been inspected by a mechanic. Seeing how while sitting for 3 hours a couple times in the last month roll directly from an auction to the lot and get sold quickly. So now we get to the problem I have. Initially the offer was 1200 down payments around 450 a month I wanted a little less down so I gave them 900 down and my 2001 Subaru and thought I got 435 a month payments for 36 months. Yesterday i get my payment book and its 51 months. That's another 7000 dollars. Even though the salesman Jason insisted that it was only 36 months. Me and the wife were both exhausted at 7pm after work and being there 3 hours. So when he came back said 435 36 months we didnt even read it just signed it. I looked at it today it said 51 months. Guess that's on me according to them for not reading before I signed it. According to state law you are supposed to get a truth in lending statement. We got zero paperwork when we left just a paper plate and a loan payment coupon to make our first payment. Everything else even title work done electronically. So after they read my review which I took down they offered a solution today. I turn back in the truck, they get my first payment I just made back for me and my 900 dollar down payment. Then he charges me 25 dollars a day for rental. And I am out anything for my Subaru which they gave me 2000 trade in for. so out of a car and I owe them basically 750 for a rental. Oh and when my credit score hits 659 to 700 he will refinance it at a lower rate. Had he offered to rewrite the loan back to the way it was at first and I pay 300 more down and get my car back or equivalent of cash. I wouldn't even be writing be writing this Post. Selling so many cars they are opening a new store in Bluffton Next to the Liquor Store on Highway1. At least you are close enough to get a drink because you may want it before and after the sale.
