He was very patient and helped me through the whole process and eventually got me approved with a co-signer. We finalized the paperwork on Saturday and I drove off. On Sunday, 10/29 my check engine light came on. I had the code read by AutoZone indicating the EVAP valve/canister was bad. I was obviously not thrilled as I had had the car in my possession for 24 hours at that point. I did purchase the vehicle used, as-is and with no warranty, however I felt that given the terrible timing of the situation and the (likely) minor cost to repair it, that Best Deal would take care of me. I called on Monday, 10/30 to discuss with Dylan. I was told at first that situations like these were why they push the warrantee so hard. I agreed with him and confirmed that I understood but having a problem within 1 day of owning the car was ridiculous. They agreed to perform the diagnosis for free, but that I would need to pay for the repair. Very fair, however I got a new car to try and not have issues with it for a while, considering my previous vehicle was quite literally falling apart and in need of multiple repairs. After scheduling the appointment with the service center, I called back and spoke with another gentleman as I found out that the warrantee could be cancelled after 3 months if desired, which I was not informed of at the time of purchase. Had I known that, I would have purchased it with the warrantee to protect myself for at least the first 90 days. They have very kindly agreed to allow me to re-sign the paperwork with the warrantee included and take care of this repair for me. THIS is how to do business. I could not be more appreciative and to me, this demonstrates their integrity and willingness to make a customer happy. I am due to take the car in tomorrow and get the paperwork re-signed, at this time I have the utmost confidence that they will honor their agreement with me. Please give Best Deal a look if you are looking for a used car - but word to the wise - go ahead and get the warrantee!

Was I ever wrong, they have had our Blazer now for over a month with no end in sight. The Blazer is dangerous; it locks up the drive motors randomly and at times that could kill someone if I was in a high traffic area. It stops so hard that it dislocated my right thumb. The kicker here is the fact they refuse to do what's right and help us with a vehicle. This dealership is crap, they do not care once they make a sale. They act as if you're a headache and want you to go away. Don't expect anyone here to have morals, they do not even know what that stands for. This will be our last Chevy. I sensed another vehicle backing into the space in front of us. It was a big farm truck with a large tow bar sticking out about a foot from the bumper. I yelled and tried to honk the horn. You guessed it ....crunch!!! Within a week all was well. The BMW body shop coordinated with the farmer's insurance company and made the repairs. They even washed the old buggy! Good work BMW!! It was easy to find as well as get into this location. Interior: the building was very clean the service department was easy to find as soon as I walked in the door. The wait area had a selection of different sized tables at which we were able to sit. There was also a little area set aside for watching TV and there was even an area with toys for the children. Two computers were set up for customers to use. There was also a nice area with a soda dispenser (free) and coffee (free). A vending machine with snacks was close to the waiting area. Staff: each member of the staff with whom I interacted was very polite and professional. They kept me up to date with the repairs and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Since it was close to lunch, they even offered the shuttle service to take us to get something to eat. Wi-fi: we were able to use the free wi-fi without issues and it was very reliable. Repairs: they were able to repair the vehicle in a reasonable amount of time, especially considering it was a roadside emergency. I have had no problems with the alternator since repairs. Overall, I am extremely happy with this location. They were understanding and able to get me in on short notice. They were able to get the repairs done so that we could get back on the road and complete our trip safely. I would definitely make this my primary service center were I to live in the area.

The actual ease of paperwork was fine...of course it was as they wanted their sale completed but it's all downhill from there. Not even close to what I call quality service! The car had to be delivered from Ohio to Fort Lauderdale. My husband was in the car business so you can not argue with the facts on how a car should be delivered and I don't care what make or model it is. Car was delivered nearly two days past original estimated time. No problem. I can understand if a car is dirty on the outside from transportation but the inside should have been very clean! Perhaps even with a note thanking us for our business. But hey...that's only something a true professional business would do! The inside of the car was trashed. Caked in dust and dirt. The head rests of the seats were filthy and the extras covered in filthy plastic just thrown in the back. Even the inside of the glove compartments and center compartment were beyond dirty! A car is supposed to be cleaned for delivery!!! It also had an unusual smell. Not a hint of that new car smell everyone loves. We had to have it professionally cleaned and the seats took forever to get the dirt marks removed! That wasn't cheap but we paid for it. They also insisted it was cleaned! Not a chance. Then...not even one week later on a NEW car with 24 miles on it the check engine light comes on! I immediately took it in to my local dealer. After throughly inspecting the car they told me it had "critter damage" and that parts needed to be ordered and I was looking at about 1000 for repairs! I was without a car or loaner for two days and this awful dealership actually had the balls to tell me it could have happened in my possession when I live in the middle of the city in a new luxury high rise where there are no critters!!! The local service writer spoke to them and basically confirmed it was done where they had the car parked! Clearly in a dirt field somewhere! Now Jim Schmidt Ford offers to pay for 500 of the 1000 repair which is not the right the right thing to do! It was their neglegence!!! After I expressed my disappointment then a text came back from the sales person saying he spoke with his manager and "he'd pay for it" ! In my opinion that means he spoke to the manager again and he agreed to pay the full amount. I just received a check for less than 500 and here we are! Hope it's worth the bad review to let everyone know how you handle business. BUYER BEWARE! They don't care about you, the state of the car they sell you or customer service! This car was NEVER EVER inspected before shipping because the damage would have been seen and I should have never had to pay for a professional detailer! SHAME ON YOU!!!

Months later, I took my car to a different, more trusted dealership to have my front brakes done, and they discovered that the original repair shop had also removed my wheel lock key (which had just been replaced and paid for), leaving me without it--and again, no accountability. Bottom line: this place will do the work, cause additional issues, and then wash their hands of it.
