I was very impressed with salesman John Berghoff and the O'Daniel Ford Dealership in general. John is straight forward, very knowledgeable on Ford products, very Customer Focused, and great to work with! He was very attentive to my every question. I e-mailed John before ever stopping into the dealership and he quickly responded via e-mail with answers to my questions about MSRP and the A/Z plan price for the 2019 Ford Edge - Titanium with the options I wanted. I also had many questions on functionality and the Hi Tech features included in the vehicle. He offered via e-mail to bring a vehicle to my house and let me keep it overnight to try out all the features and take it for a test drive. Although I didn't take him up on his offer, I was very impressed with his customer focus and decided to stop into the Dealership the next day. At that point John encouraged me again to take a couple of Edges for a test drive, which I did and soon fell in love with the vehicle. John also offered to negotiate with me on prices for the Ziebart Gold Plan and an Extended Warranty, items that I believe help protect my investment. I wasn't ready to make a deal after the first trade-in value offered by O'Daniel Ford for my 2007 Lincoln MKX that day and expressed that to John, but he continued to send me info on the car and expressed his interest in earning my business in the future when I was ready to buy. Sales Manager Brent Swartz came out and introduced himself and also stated he would work with me to get the prices lower on the Ziebart Gold Plan and the Extended Warranty. I left the Dealership very impressed with O'Daniel Ford, although not yet ready to buy. A day later John Berghoff sent me info about a company called TradeRev that O'Daniel Ford collaborates with to help customers get better trade-in offers. I decided to give it a try a couple of days later and to my surprise I was offered exactly what I needed to make the deal. John got me a new F150 Ford Truck as a loaner until they could get the exact 2019 Edge I wanted from Indianapolis. After I made the deal, General Manager Mr. Jeff O'Daniel came out to John's desk, introduced himself and thanked me for my business. I left the Dealership extremely impressed and very happy that in a few days I'd have my new 2019 Ford Edge. I can't think of anything the staff could have done better unless they would have given me a new car for free! :) Seriously, they did everything they could to answer my questions and negotiate with me to give me what I needed to move forward with a purchase, all without making me feel pressured to buy. After moving here to Indiana from Pennsylvania 7 years ago, I have been searching for a Ford Dealership that was as Good as I had back in Pa. which Purchase at Least 6 vehicles from them. Everyone at that Dealership were Friendly and Treated me Like Family. For that reason alone I sent a Lot of Both Sales & Service their way. I have been dealing with 2 Ford Dealers for the past 7 years Neither of which made me Feel like Nothing other then Money in their Pockets. I was about to Drive Back to Pa to turn my 2016 Lease in and get a New Vehicle when talking to my neighbor he recommended O'Daniel Ford where he had Just bought a New Vehicle himself. Since I was off I decided to drive over and check them out. Right away I was Greeted and made to feel comfortable by a Sales person ( I wish I had gotten his card or can remember his name) I told him I what my interest were and my neighbors Salesman's Card. He went in and Called Mike Pocci over from his office even after telling him I'd be Just as Comfortable working with him. That alone told me that the Sales Folks were Family and NOT Just Out for themselves. I put Poor Mike though a Lot with my wants and we Looked at a Few Vehicles. With Each vehicle Mike ran back & forth to the office and worked out the Numbers for All of them without any Hesitation. Again making me feel Like I was a Valued Family member and NOT just a Customer. After Finally picking a Vehicle, or was on to Financing. I can't say Enough about Either Mike Pocci or Finance Manager Mike Everson. Both Stepped Up and Took care of me with Payments even Lower then I Expected (since I do Not have the best Credit Score.) O'Daniel Staff was very helpful and flexible in my situation. Due to my hectic and unpredictable work schedule, I was unable to test drive a vehicle until the weekend, and very close to closing time. The sales and finance reps were more than understanding, and were willing to standby until I made a decision. During the inspection and test-drive, the staff provided a very relaxed and non-pressure environment. They answered all of my questions professionally, and made the scheduling process seamless. After checking several online resources, I knew I was getting the best deal compared to other dealerships. The consumer typically has a keen eye for flaws when making a big investment decision, and big sellers can naturally overlook those same issues. Many car dealers also disregard those flaws when they're brought to their attention. That being said, O'Daniel staff ensured every minor issue was rectified prior to purchase. It was definitely apparent that the staff cared about my concerns as the consumer. Overall, O'Daniel demonstrated excellent customer service. I've been in the car business for over 20 years, so I appreciate being treated properly. My girlfriend found a 2011 Ford Edge online and asked me to investigate. I dealt with Ryan the Used car Manager who was not only very helpful but worked with me to put the deal together online and through text. We arrived there and the car was everything he had said it was, after a quick test drive and a final debate on color we were down the road in less than 25 minutes. We had bought from O Daniel before and delt with Phil before therefore we returned to them again.We received the same great friendly service, and of course the complete attention of Phil to help us find the SUV right for us and our dogs. We were able to take the SUV that first night, even through we had not signed any paperwork. It took 2 days for us to make up our mind,we tried 5 different vehicles before we bought our Ford Escape.
