In the past 90 days, my vehicle has required multiple trips to the dealership for repairs. I was assured a 90-day/5,000-mile warranty upon purchase, but it seems that guarantee only applies when the issues are minor.
To make matters worse, I had to cover part of the repair cost, with no itemized receipt even though it should have been covered by the warranty. After shelling out over $1,000, I faced a lack of communication regarding the repair timeline. It took numerous calls and days of waiting for a response.
