Mills Auto sales. These guys are hacks. I bought a 2022 F-150 Ford tremor from them they did inform me that the vehicle was in an accident with front end damage but assured me that it was put back together professionally. Once I had the vehicle I started noticing lots of issues especially underneath of the hood All of the wiring under the hood was just hanging and dangling everywhere nothing was put back into the push clips fenders were completely loose and missing bolts, headlights broken and missing bolts, The entire front bumper was loose and missing bolts, headliner was taken down and not reinstalled correctly missing bolts, most of the paint work they did is peeling because they did not prep the areas properly just painted over clear coat, and so many other problems I've only had the truck for about 5 months and I keep finding more and more stuff wrong as does the Ford dealer when I take it in for service. Would not recommend buying or doing any business with these people. Dishonest they try to put a Band-Aid on shit and get it out the door quickly no pride in what they do. Made a phone call to ask about getting a steel wheel for my car. Guy that answered acted like I interrupted his nap. I explained what I was looking for, the guy was like "well for a used one it will be $90." I was like okay what about used?? "That will be $90 too. I bought a used radiator from here that my mechanic installed that did not work at all. I then tried to return the radiator that I spent close to 100$ on and they proceeded to tell me my mechanic had not installed it and that they could not return it because it was not marked. They would not return the part and said they mark all of there parts for inventory. This was very annoying since I did in fact get the part from them and spent 90$ on a part that did not work so it was worthless. read more

I'm not sure what the other person was referring to at all. Asked Mills to pull a part for us. They called back very quickly. I went out at the end of the day and got stuck by a train and ended up pulling in right at 5pm when they closed. They didn't give me a hard time about it, loaded the part in my car so it wouldn't break on me (back window), and even ran me down as I was leaving the parking lot because I'd forgotten my phone. Dishonest! My experience, It was an eBay purchase of a 07 Shelby GT500 from Mills Auto out of Ft Wayne IN.   Jim Mills assured me that he was a perfectionist and that there would be no issues.  He said his cars are typically better than no salvage as his have been completely gone through. I took his word for it and had it shipped from Indiana to Buffalo NY. When the car was delivered off of the car trailer the check engine light was on, the cars electronics cut out at 2000 rpm, it had one stock strut on the driver side and koni coilovers on passengers side, no AC at all, break and steering cables flapping around, rack bolts finger tight knocking every turn of the wheel, bent tierod, leaking pinion seal, warped flywheel, TPS Tire Sensor lit up... An absolute nightmare.  Little by little I have slayed most of the Gremlins. I considered sending the vehicle back but then I would have no car or money. Clearly this man could not be trusted. In the end I have a beautiful GT500 that I can't take over 2000 rpm and have invested countless amounts of money trying to get all of his shortcuts corrected. It's been 3 years and I apologise for the long overdue review. It's springtime in Buffalo and I'm getting ready to take it out of storage. Every year my blood boils thinking about this situation.
