I came here to get my brakes fixed. They installed the brakes wrong, producing an awful grinding…read morenoise, and then when I went back to have the work corrected claimed they couldn't hear it, and that the brakes were fine despite my breaks making exact same noise on my drive to and from the shop. The work was incredibly overpriced, and they tried to tack on an extra $50 onto my bill when I was paying for the brakes. This shop will do anything to get a few extra dollars from you. Because I'm a woman, they try to exploit me and give me made up repairs my car didn't need. They assumed I wouldn't notice anything wrong with my brakes that were installed completely incorrectly as well. The service I received was unprofessional. When I came to pick my car up, my phone mount was on the ground below the drivers seat and looked like it had been stepped on. DO NOT come to the shop unless you want to be disappointed and sink even more money than they charge you to get your car fixed by another mechanic. Save your money in your sanity and go somewhere that cares about you and your car.

I contacted them they said they would need permission to release my things to me, (hence they were stolen from my car?) so I was able to contact someone above them and get my phones. when I got there it seemed they had put my number phones in water. it ridiculous how grown men will steal from a young woman. These things make me so sad and disappointed. my phone still work after a good rice bath lol!

The vehicle, although relatively new, was used for business and was frequently eaten in. The upholstery shampooing worked wonders. It takes quite a few hours to do, as a lot of drying time is required, but they obviously have all the right tools to get in the cracks and crevices! Worth the $125, it looks nearly brand-new.

The turn around time was great they completed the job in less than 24 hours however my TPMS sensors were not reset...I returned to have them reset only to be told that 1 of the 4 sensors had died and needed to be replaced, I went and purchased a new sensor the same day Fort Wayne Wheel Repair insisted that they put it on in an attempt to preserve the fresh paint on my rims from the cosmetic repairs...they put the sensor on but still failed to reset the TPMS sensors the tech came out and said "we can't do it here are your keys"...I went to another local rim shop and they reset the sensors within 5 mins. Only to find that 2 of my rivets were missing from the same tire that the sensor had to be replaced on I called Fort Wayne Wheel Repair to make them aware and was told that someone will follow up with me on Monday it was Thursday...Monday came and the owner Derrick called as promised but basically told me that there isn't anything that he could do and that I can GLUE some rivets on myself because they are plastic!!!! There is NOTHING plastic on my $2700.00 rims that I had just spent $380 with them to have cosmetic work done...I felt very discarded and was made to feel like I don't know what I have invested my money/interest in. I had to call out to California to have 2 METAL rivets shipped to me and I replaced them myself...I will not trust my car with this company EVER AGAIN due to lack of consideration/professionalism/expertise. Not to mention they still managed to chip paint off the freshly repaired rim and my car was dirty when I picked it up a quick car wash/wipe down would be nice...when someone is spending money to enhance their car its because they care about the way it look so to have a company mishandle it and return it in worse condition than it started in is terrible!

Called independent honda they said no need for a new turbo and they could just rethread the holes. they did the job for under $1000 and the car is as good as new. They Don't take accountability and get very rude when you have a problem (such as your car not starting when you pick it up, started when I dropped it off though). Serviced my car 4 years apart and shouldn't have ever given them a second chance. Tried to charge me for checking over vehicle after having an oil leak that was present only after they completed a large job. Called them and they told me to bring it in and they would look at it since they had just done the work. They called and said it was ready and where the leak was (in the area they worked but won't fix it and arnt going to fix it) perfect I don't want you touching anything else the way you are addressing me and the problem no mention of anything else. Went to go get my vehicle and they tried to charge me $52 dollars for checking the leak they caused and never mentioned a charge or being charged until picking up my keys. Oh and if you're a female, he and other workers in office will talk down to you and tell you they don't believe anything you're saying. Owner stood up and put his hands in my face and pointed at me while yelling. Read the negative reviews folks. It's all good until something goes wrong and then they never cover or take accountability.
