So my wife and I are doing an expansive search for a particular color and trim package for an Audi…read moreA3. While searching online we found a match at O'Daniel Audi in Fort Wayne Indiana for a really good price. My wife requested price confirmation at the first opportunity during her initial conversation with the dealership. She received a text from a salesman confirming said price and even included a screenshot of the online listing with the pricing displayed.. After spending considerable time cleaning out and photographing my trade-in for appraisal, my wife receives a message stating that the Pricing Is Incorrect. The price changed from $32,000 to get this $46,000 after we had given our card for a $2,000 deposit to hold said car... How this Is Not Bait and Switch I am unaware... Fort Wayne residents Beware.... Of deceptive practices.... Shame shame shame.. O'daniel Audi was dishonest in dealing with my Wife and I. I was prepared to drive 3 hours yesterday. Was I ever wrong, they have had our Blazer now for over a month with no end in sight. The Blazer is dangerous; it locks up the drive motors randomly and at times that could kill someone if I was in a high traffic area. It stops so hard that it dislocated my right thumb. The kicker here is the fact they refuse to do what's right and help us with a vehicle. This dealership is crap, they do not care once they make a sale. They act as if you're a headache and want you to go away. Don't expect anyone here to have morals, they do not even know what that stands for. This will be our last Chevy.
