I had a small flat work job trying to match existing texture and print work. From the time I called Victor to the time it was completed was just a few days! Very fast. Very affordable, and incredibly high quality work. He saved me over $225 in top cast for the top texture, and was the most affordable price in town. Thanks, Victor for the great job! read more

My name is Willie and I'm the owner of Raaw concrete Pumping. We had an issue today at one of our jobs. I called Victor to tell him that we had a 911 emergency and that if he could help us out. He didn't hesitate to rush over and help us finish the pump job. Total standup guy thanks so much, Victor! read more

We used Yepez as a subcontractor for 1-800 plumber + Air. He poured cement for 180 feet of driveway and it turned out amazing. Victor and his crew are amazing and was able to get the work done very quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be using their services again. read more

The concrete was an extension to an existing patio. They didn't drill and epoxy into the adjacent slab, and unfortunately the slab began to lift. read more

We've had the pleasure of hiring Victor twice now, and every time I see him I want to hug him. Has anyone else felt this way about their contractor?! Victor just feels like family. He is so nice and easy to work with. He's always very enthusiastic about the project and he really wants to give you a good deal, and he definitely does. In many cases, hiring Yepez Concrete means you're cutting out a middleman. Concrete is very expensive, and no one wants to pay extra to a middleman. Victor's knowledge, professionalism, affordability and friendliness puts so many other contractors to shame. His crew works extremely fast and clean, and the finished project is always perfection. Thank you, Victor! read more

Victor and his crew did an amazing job with our rear driveway and side yard. We had just mulch and ice plants which made it a constant muddy mess and difficult for us to push our trash cans in and out on trash day. He came in and did a beautiful textured look that classed up the look of our home. Victor and his crew are honest and respectful; definitely going to use them again for our front yard! read more

Recently had Victor come pour a 10' x 35' concrete patio in my backyard and I couldn't be happier with the results! They came early and finished pouring and cleaning up in the same day. Very professional, would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

My parents had Yepez Concrete Pumping do their driveway, front porch, back patio, and front walk for their home in Escondido. The concrete finish, joints, corners, and edges were stunning to look at and displayed exceptional craftsmanship. The textured concrete finish on the front walk was as beautiful as any I've ever seen. When my parents' golden retriever walked on the wet back patio concrete late that evening, Yepez Concrete came back right away and re-finished it so that there was no sign of the pawprints. This is a first-class company with a lot of experience pouring concrete for both residential and commercial jobs throughout the San Diego area since the 1980s. The owner, Victor, is a pleasure to work with and his prices are very reasonable. He is honest, hardworking, and he makes sure you are thrilled with every aspect of the job. I will be using Yepez Concrete Pumping for all my future concrete projects and I recommend them to anyone looking for high quality concrete work. read more

Yepez pumping poured my patio extension, RV pad and sidewalk; all of it turned out beautiful. Great communication, professional and high quality. From the initial meeting to when I called to schedule work Victor has been great to work with. 10 yards of concrete and some difficult grades to deal with and they handled it all with ease. I have more concrete to do later this year and Yepez will definitely be the guys to get it done. Great pricing and service can't ask for better. Thanks! read more

We took out trees and plants and wanted to pour concrete in replacement to have more space. After speaking with many concrete pourers and pavers, Victor was very prompt and responsive which I appreciated. He was able to come over right away and give us a quote. Not only did he give us a quote but he hung around to give us an explanation of options and advice. One of the best things about Victor is that he has all of his own equipment. He has his own pour truck and all the equipment he needs so that he does not need to rent out or hurt other subcontractors. The job is completely done by him and his crew. We decided to go with Victor and scheduled for the following few days. Victor and his crew showed up on time (which I feel like is very rare with contractors) and was very respectful and got to work right away. Started by digging the dirt out (which was pretty rock solid) and created the area to pour cement. They took their time and made sure the grading was proper and rebates looked good. They made sure to include us to explain what they were doing. They capped off some sprinklers for us as well. The next day, they came to pour the cement and design it with texture and stamping it. They cleaned up very well and did an excellent job! We're very impressed and so happy with the result. We would hands down recommend Victor and his crew for any cement job. He has been doing this since 99! I liked that he had all of his own equipment so we didn't have to have subcontractors and wait for them on top of doing this. Looks great and can't wait til it's fully dry so we can use our new space. read more

Victor was by far one of the nicest people I have ever met. He really cares about what you want as a customer and also about the quality of his work. The friendliest and easiest to work with on my project. Him and his guys worked super hard and completed the job really fast. Thank you Victor! We will be in touch for the rest of work I need done. read more

During the year since the concrete work was completed, I've watched small cracks develop in the concrete and thought, OK, maybe one or two in a large pad is to be expected but after a year, I have so many cracks that I need to hire another company to coat the dyed concrete(was dyed so it wouldn't need coating) before the rains start- so water doesn't seep below the concrete and make the problem worse (replacing the patio is not going to happen). Victor chose the concrete supplier, the thickness of the concrete, and told me the rebar was not required- I now regret that rebar was not installed- could have stopped much of the cracking. I checked concrete patio in my neighbor's yard- almost no cracks-they used rebar and the preexisting patio in my yard has one crack after 50+ years. Have lowered my rating of Yepez Concrete Pumping from 5 stars to 2 stars. Didn't go lower because I assume some of the responsibility about the rebar choice. read more

If you're looking for a grade A quality pumper Victor and his crew should be your go to!

After getting some quotes, I went with Victor and his crew. He is a very nice guy but more importantly, he had the best attitude and price. The job was for a concrete patio and he completed the job in two days and it looks great. He and crew were quick and they cleaned up after the job was finished. I recommend him highly and would hire him again. read more

I personally know Victor for many years and he is a pleasure to work with. He has a honest, solid and reliable reputation and an exceptionally hard worker. He does amazing work for a reasonable prize. He doesn't take advantage and charges just the right price. Would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you Victor for an awesome and exceptionally job well done!! read more

I respected his price and the work got done in a very sloppy way. Did not clean after him self and on top of that Victor it's a really obnoxious person that I wouldn't recommend to anyone even if the quote was "cheap". Cheap it's what you're going to get. read more
