Excellent Kaiten Sushi (Sushi go Round) Also, the best Japanese Restaurant in the area. Not just Sushi since you can also get great Noodles (Ramen) - which is very authentic and has in my opinion a better taste to than that served at Wagamama. Sushi also has nice texture good taste and fish is fresh-the Sushi is made before your eyes. The plates on conveyor are constantly changing and of good variety. Priced from £1.50 to £4.00 per plate. Should say portion on plate is good to share. The restaurant is perfect if you are new to Sushi or an old hand since you can take a good look at the plate and then decide if you want to try it or not. Good restaurant for a variety of occasions and is also child friendly. The kids love it. Just need to watch they don't grab too many plates :)

Very good food and fair price. Fish was fresh and tasteful. Service was efficient. Place is relatively small, so tend to be a little packed.

Itsu is a Japanese and sushi type takeaway fast food establishment. Seems big here in the UK and I really don't get why the US, especially spots like LA don't have more spots like this. It's so easy for on the go work and travel meals without feeling like you have to settle for greasy fast food. Prices were actually pretty reasonable and service was super fast. Ordered on a large screen my meal, paid by card, and it printed out my order number/receipt. Waited near the main desk as a gal was pulling together the orders. They did have sit down seating but post common was people taking the food away. As I waited I was impressed by their little stand that had different options of paper bags, utensils, and sauces. Once my number was caller my food was packaged on the counter, put it in my Togo bag and headed on my way. Ordered salmon sushi (six pieces) and double chicken teriyaki bowl with an easy soft boiled egg with a fancy water, all for $20. I was really impressed because I'm easily spending about $10-$15 on gross greasy fast food in the states so getting sushi and a nice rice bowl for $5 was well worth it! Also the additional sauces and condiments were cheap so worth it too. The sushi slices are really thin but honestly tasted pretty fresh for fast food Togo sushi. Good flavor from the wasabi. The teriyaki chicken rice bowl was super filling and impressed with the perfection of the egg. Loved my lychee peach water, light flavor and refreshing. All in all the taste was about a 3.5 but that's pretty good for Asian takeaway (white wash food), saying this with no offense intended! It's not authentic is what I mean but definitely good and filling. Super happy to have stumbled upon this spot and worth a quick meal on the go while traveling and wanting an easy introverted style meal.

The food was absolutely amazing I had the chicken katsu curry just rice and red dragon maki roll…read moresushi my family members had the duck udon noodles thin noddles and duck maki roll and another had the beef ramen it was all amazing.the service was incredible when we first walk in to the moment we stepped out the two girl who were working were so nice and polite.the feel of sushi life was brilliant as well through the set up of the table the art on the walls and how you could see into the kitchen as well . Also I really liked how the tables where so separated there not to close so you are taking over the person next to you with that in mind the music was also a very nice volume I could speak however in the silence of eating it was nice .I would 100% go again

Imagine my shock upon finding a sushi place that does amazing crazy American-style rolls in Cardiff! A firm recommend from me. *NOTE: You MUST book in advance. The restaurant is tiny and extremely popular. We booked in advance for my birthday meal and it was filled to the brim. We witness the host needing to turn away quite a few people who showed up without a reservation. If you don't have a reservation, you might end up disappointed. --- ~ Atmosphere: It's a tiny little restaurant with cramped seating. It's nice and clean, but I wouldn't recommend it for large groups at all. ~ Customer Service: The only downside. Don't get me wrong, everyone was very nice but I think it was understaffed when we showed up. There was only one waitress and she acted as a host/server/waitress for an entire filled-to-the-brim restaurant. She was always busy with something that it would take quite a while to flag her down. It took quite a while before our orders were finally taken but from that point the food didn't take too long to arrive. ~ Food: Fantastic. We ordered a selection of different Maki Rolls which came on cute bridges used as platters. My recommendation would definitely be Yellow Dragon, which is a roll of salmon, avocado and cucumber topped with melted cheese. For £7.80 it was well worth it. The prices were fair so it was fun to order a bunch of rolls to see which are the favourites. I left full and without a massive hole in my wallet. Will definitely be making a return trip! TIP: Don't skip the mochi for dessert!

Personally, I always head to Dashi where the drinks are a bit more expensive but way more enjoyable. With a wider selection of drinks that Pumpkin, you'll be able to choose from a range of coffees, herbal teas, flavoured waters and soya drinks. The range of food they serve at Dashi is much more interesting as well. You can choose from sushi (obviously!), crisps, cakes, cookies and wasabi peas (my personal favourite). The staff are friendly, the background music is interesting and the café is a great place to people watch and keep an eye on the train times. It's definitely not the best café in the world, or even Bath, but it is the best of a bad situation if you've got time to kill at the train station.

The outlet on the platform at Bath is bright, clean and stylish, and serves excellent quality food. The only complaint I have is the perch-on stools. It might be trendy but I could do without the inevitable wriggling and balancing to clamber up! And the tables themselves are a bit on the small side. But apart from that, it's perfect. Service always comes with a smile, and there is the Customer Loyalty card system whereby you get a stamp for stuff you buy that will eventually enable you to get a freebie.
