It was a whim idea for Thai. We were the first ones in the first sitting. No worries, great spot for two. Excellent Chicken curry over rice And the best grilled king prawns I can remember. A little messy with heads , legs and feet. A lot of splitting but they gave me a small finger bowl. Beautiful Thai Decor. Very crowded when we were Fini. I would return. They prefer reservations. We were walk ins. Quite nice

First time here. The ambience is a work of art, including the vestment of the waitresses. Located on the second floor of a building in Bath, today I was able to walk in without being stopped by a line waiting to enter. Prices seem very reasonable, especially for a centrally located restaurant, and the Pad Tai I ordered was presented beautifully and served rapidly. It is by far the most beautiful thai restaurant I have ever had the opportunity to eat at. Treat yourself to it if you ever have a chance!

Not everything was perfect but this is still way better than the other Thai restaurants in most of Europe. The worst dish was the spicy Noodle Keemao chicken. All of my family said the dish wasn't good. We loved the Tamarind duck the best. The pad Thai, chicken massaman and pad skew beef were good. The place is decorated really ethnic Thai and the decorator did an excellent job in the restaurant.

Reading the other reviews: we had no problem with service - but we were also the first table sat (perks of living in Europe where everyone eats late!) we were seated right away and our order was taken right away. The inside is really pretty! And lots to look at - nice for a 3 year old! The spring roll appetizer was yummy and pretty presentation! I had the pad Thai - which was good and had a good amount of prawn. My dining partner had Pad See Ew and just thought it was "eh". My Singapore Sling was good! I'd probably check out a different Thai place next time as there are quite a few in town!

Yet another great recommendation from the Rick Steves Great Britain travel guidebook, this restaurant is smack in the middle of the touristy section of Bath (full of quick food options). The front door opens to a staircase that takes you upstairs. I've eaten at a lot of Thai places but this one is larger and decorated in a more opulent style than normal. They also keep the place clean--with all the ornate artwork, we didn't see any dust or cobwebs in the tops or corners. We went on a Tuesday evening at 7:30 And we're seated right away. They offered shrimp chips as a free appetizer. I asked for still water and got a liter bottle of Voss (ask for tap water if that's all you want). We ordered their Siamese king prawns, vegetable green curry, and sticky rice (we didn't want to overeat). We were amazed because it didn't take more than 5 minutes to get our order. The food? Simply amazing. The Siamese king prawn were large and still in their shell, but split open to make eating very easy. The fish came with onions, green & red peppers, and came in an absolutely delightful sauce. I can't even begin to guess what the spices were in the sauce, but it was a complex combination that worked really well. Since we had the prawn dish, we chose to go with a vegetarian green curry. It was served in the type of tin serving bowl that looks deceptively small. I've had a lot of Thai green curry, and this one was right there with the best of them. There was a lot of sauce, but also a good amount of vegetables. Everything was sliced or cut up in a reasonable bite size so it made it easy to eat. Not all Thai places offer sticky rice, so we jumped at the opportunity to order this. It's super glutinous... even more so than say Japanese rice. All in all, a wonderful and filling meal. Both flavor and presentation were quite impressive, and I'd definitely recommend this place.

This place sits in the heart of the downtown and serves delicious food. The service was bad and they paid no attention to us after they took our order. The food is delicious and this place gets really busy so book a place in advance. We were waiting and try to have an eye contact with any of the Waiters so that we can further order and when I then caught the eye of my waiter, he showed through his hands that I should wait and did not come right away to ask us. It felt like they were just hurrying us worth the orders first and then worth the table. Overall I did not like the service but the food was delicious.

Excellent Thai food and especially enjoyed the Thai Balcony shared starter. We got 2 person's worth and our party of 4 shared.

The place looks elegant and dishes look beautiful and delicately made. But the taste is average.

Very good food, service and view on that little balcony. Perfect for a cosy diner with your girlfriend! We tried the pad thai and red curry and they were both tasty as you could expect for a decent thai restaurant.

    Really good roast duck

Don't waste your money. Looks great but the food is overcooked, the sauces thin and the service mediocre.

Excellent Thai food! A bit spicy for my sister, but the rest of us still greatly enjoyed it! Lovely atmosphere.
