Fantastic spot right by the entrance! The food was excellent--especially the burgers, Mediterranean skewers, and ice cream. Quick service and crispy, delicious chips made it a perfect meal.

My new spot for a matcha to stop and grab before entering the park! Get the huckleberry one as it's not too sweet! Didn't have this but heard the buffalo tacos are delish from a woman who owns a catering business. Lots of cute hats, tshirts and sweatshirts too. Oh and the ice cream is good as well. Parking right out front but on a busy weekend it can be tough. Free bathroom for customers.

We were looking for a quick breakfast restaurant that opened early so we can grab a bite to eat before heading to Yellowstone National park. The men and women that worked here were very friendly, and energetic that one morning! I ordered a breakfast sausage sandwich, and my husband ordered a breakfast burrito! We both enjoyed our breakfast choices! The restaurant was clean, and doubled down as a gift/souvenir shop/coffee shop/ice cream shop! Who says you cannot do it all?!

One of the friendliest and most welcoming food stops in Montana. Hit Yellowstone Perk back to back nights for dinner. It's like Central Perk from "Friends" with a small town twist! First night Bison burger, second night Elk bratwurst. Both tasty. The wife got Bison tacos both nights and enjoyed them. Witnessed a sweet card trick that a local showed us at the table that was fun! No doubt one of the best chocolate milkshakes I've had. When in Gardiner, Montana swing in for a good meal, tasty treat, or full coffee bar to take your Yellowstone vacation to the next LEVEL!

The best cold brew I had in Yellowstone was here! There were patrons lining out the door. The nicest man was working here, I believe his name was Tony. He was greeting everyone like they were family. All the cold brew needed was a splash of milk, it was such high quality. The milkshakes looked great, so maybe we'll try that next time.

Great place to stop by and hydrate after a day at Yellowstone! Got me an iced white chocolate mocha white it's 65 degrees out. Friendly service and cute ambiance

My goodness! These people are so so friendly and enjoy this place. The atmosphere alone makes this place a great place to eat. However, the food is just as amazing as the staff. They also have great souvenirs. Highly recommend if you're nice. If you come here as a cranky snob, steer clear. These people are too nice for you.

Huckleberry Latte ($7) - August 2024

We were approaching Yellowstone Park and wanted to grab coffee before getting inside. Yellowstone Perk was conveniently located right outside the North entrance with parking right out front. Some customers were enjoying breakfast inside. They have tables to sit at and also lots of souvenirs to buy. The bathrooms are super clean. I decided to try their Huckleberry Latte, which is on their special drink menu. It's a bit pricey, but so worth it! It is beautiful and tastes incredible. The staff working were super friendly and our order came out quickly. Definitely a convenient and great spot right by Yellowstone!

Ice cream here is not a good bargain, 2 scoops didn't equal one at Canyon village in the park!

Everything about this place was great!…read more We came in really hungry and had to wait for a little bit to get seated so we were staring at the bakery case and decided to get an everything cream cheese scone. That was the best tasting scone I've ever had! We started off with the garlic bread and it comes out on a pesto. It was toasted just right and has just a splash of balsamic glaze that added the best balance. Whole cloves of roasted garlic on there too! The chili, I can honestly say beat mine, and I make a damn good chili! Just the right amount of heat and the jalapeño cornbread added just the right texture. Bison strip in bourbon garlic sauce was the best meal I have had in a really long time. The vegetable served with it was perfectly cooked and fresh! I highly recommend trying this place you won't be disappointed!

The town itself is quaint, and this felt like a perfect place to grab a bite before heading into the park. We ordered the wild game chili, which was really flavorful and hearty, along with the loaded tots, which were a fun addition to the meal. Inside, the space has great decor with local artwork that adds to the overall feel of the place. It felt welcoming and fit the area well. Overall, a great stop for us and a place I would recommend if you are heading into Yellowstone from this entrance.

It seemed like there was only one worker but she was very efficient and made us our delicious breakfast fairly quickly. When I…read morebrought this to the attention of the cook -- who I believe may also be the owner -- I was told that no additional cheese had been added. I then asked her to look at the burrito and identify the obvious gooey cheese inside. Her response was that it "must have been from the previous order on the grill." Mistakes happen, and while they're never ideal, they should be handled with professionalism and grace. Unfortunately, instead of receiving understanding or accountability, I was met with rudeness and attitude when I brought up the issue with my order. Regardless of the explanation, there should not have been cheese in my burrito at all. This raises concerns not only about order accuracy, but also about food handling and cross-contamination practices. Additionally, there was an unleashed dog freely walking around the restaurant and even partially through the kitchen area, which was concerning from a sanitation standpoint.

Had a great meal! We walked in just as the place got slammed and Mike, our waiter, was taking care…read moreof everyone. We started with rodeo fries, which are delicious. Think bean nachos but with fries instead of tortilla chips. The kids liked the chicken strips and fries quite a lot. I loved the bison burger, and was glad I ordered it cowboy style with bacon and grilled onions. The hunters pie (like a shepherds pie but with green beans, mashed potatoes, pulled pork, bacon and cheddar cheese) was also really good. Very cute cowboy decor and nice classic country music playing. It was fun.

Dont go there for breakfast…read more 1. 45 minutes for the wrong order. Under staffed? Maybe. But they weren't apologetic. 2. Bacon was burnt slivers. Its like they torn a single piece of bacon into thirds, and called it 4 slices. 3.The scrambled eggs were under done. 4. Also, microwave the sausage a bit more, please. 5. Coffee was lukewarm and flavorless. 6. All the silverware was on the table. More than just for the seating, but enough for the day. Nice way to share germs, and ensure no one has a clean fork. Have I had a worse breakfast? Yes. Dehydrated eggs in boy scouts. But they some how made real eggs (I could tell by the shell) taste like bad powdered eggs. I'm still trying to identify the after taste. Maple maybe? I won't be back there. I'm sure I can find better food elsewhere, there at least two other places near it that serve breakfast, and the market sells protein bars. This is the kind of touristy place that gives a town a bad rap. Overcharging for bad food and hoping to get away with it.
