I then reached out to Veronica on Instagram to ask a few questions regarding my service. She took the time to thoroughly respond to each question with precision, knowledge, and detail. With this useful information, I decided to upgrade my service to an All-Over Color & Haircut. Later on, I changed my mind and decided I wanted to maintain my natural color and only proceed with a haircut. I also needed to reschedule because my calendar no longer aligned with that date. I contacted Veronica again, and she kindly rescheduled me for a new date: September 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Finally, the day of my appointment, I walked in and waited for only about a minute. Veronica greeted me with a positive attitude and seated me to begin my service. Before starting, she asked to see my reference photo. Once I showed her, she was very transparent with me upfront: she wouldn't be able to perform or guarantee that I would be 100% satisfied with the result because my reference photo did not align with her specialty.
