Staff is unfriendly, lazy, slow, and unhelpful. Staff overall doesn't seem to agree on or…read moreunderstand the the policies; one staff member will give me my partner's package and another won't unless my partner is there, despite living in the same suite. I've stopped by multiple times just to waste my time when they refuse to give me a package that I have to come back with my partner to claim. I ordered a 15.5kg package that one staff member couldn't lift, which is a little pathetic. They had a trolly right beside the front desk, but instead opted to shove the package along the floor for two minutes until they asked ME to come behind the counter and pick it up for them. Absolutely horrendous. Get a dolly or staff that can lift the 50lb minimum. I'd get my packages delivered anywhere else if I had a choice.

I believe this location has the laziest Postal Delivery Persons…read more They changed our community mailboxes so I no longer had a key. I called the number and requested a key. They stated that I would receive notice that my key would be available for pickup by a note on our door or a call. Never received a note so the key was sent back. I requested a key for my box a second time. I didn't receive a note stated the key was available for pick up. I called and required and they stated I had receive three notices and they were going to send back the Key. I went and picked up my key. What did I find in my Box all the notices to pickup my new key. How am I suppose to receive these notices before I have received my Key. I wish it was like the states and Government ran, I wouldn't have to put up with this BS.

We have been a customer for over 6 years. In 2021 DYK brought over 52 packages from Montana to…read moreCanada without our request. They improperly shipped them across the border without true customs declarations to the Canada Border Services. Whether knowingly or without due diligence, both are unacceptable not just to clients, but also to legislation. They then stuck us with a bill of $1764.30 which we refused to pay since we never instructed them to bring these packages over the border. We continued to do business with them as they came to our warehouse every day to transport our e-commerce business packages from Edmonton to Sweet Grass. I thought the owner realized his mistake and dismissed this invoice as we were a committed weekly customer giving them business. In Aug 2023 the company threatened us with collections for this unauthorized work from 2021. Aug 25-Aug 29th 2023,they actively came to our warehouse to collect packages. We noticed after a few days the packages were not moving and we found out without any formal professional notice they were holding our packages. The fact that your team knew that our account is on hold, and then proceeded to pick up new packages with no mention to our team whatsoever on pick up feels incredibly unprofessional and calculated. I do not believe it to be sound for DYK or any company to pick up more packages for an account on hold.. These packages have a value of over $6929.99 It's now January 1st, 2024 and we still have not received our packages. As a business owner, I'm reluctant to write reviews but in this case, we just want the owner to return our improperly held packages.

I'm not sure if the blame lays with Montana Mailbox or with DYK - but something needs to give…read more The importing service is next to useless. I have lived in Ontario and Imported parts using 2 different companies in the GTA and that process usually takes 2 days max after delivery to notify me of delivery /schedule import, then maybe up to 7 days max to get the items to the respective locations for pick up. DYK & MM take about 7 to 10 days to notify, then you can wait up to 3 weeks to get your item(s) in. This is the problem when you have no competition. This needs to change, and I know several business are looking into moving into this territory.
