They had a trolly right beside the front desk, but instead opted to shove the package along the floor for two minutes until they asked ME to come behind the counter and pick it up for them. Absolutely horrendous. Get a dolly or staff that can lift the 50lb minimum. I'd get my packages delivered anywhere else if I had a choice.

They stated that I would receive notice that my key would be available for pickup by a note on our door or a call. Never received a note so the key was sent back. I requested a key for my box a second time. I didn't receive a note stated the key was available for pick up. I called and required and they stated I had receive three notices and they were going to send back the Key. I went and picked up my key. What did I find in my Box all the notices to pickup my new key. How am I suppose to receive these notices before I have received my Key. I wish it was like the states and Government ran, I wouldn't have to put up with this BS.

There seem to be new clerks all the time, or people who don't know how to use the computer, fax or money gram. It seems to me that everytime I am there something is down, like the money gram or the fax and so on. I saw that happening on several occations. Package pickup... don't try to come after 5PM. There is always a line up. And the problem is that it seems to me that nobody is trying to move quickly. If I had the same pace at my work I would be fired. The reason why I am writing this review is because of the last incident on last Tuesday. I arrived there after 5PM an there were about 8 people in line. Again one clerk was helping the other one to enter something into the computer. This took about 5 minutes, Then one clerk went on to look for a package. That took 5 minutes. Finally after 10 minutes, the clerk said: "Oh by the way if you want to send a money gram, our internet connection is down." There was a lady 2 people in front of me who just sight and left. She must have been standing there longer than I have and she just then found out she couldn't send it. My tip would be to put up a sign on the counter telling people that the machine is down... so they don't wait for nothing! Then after that happened. The one clerk started to clean up,.. she got her spray bottle and started cleaning the glass case, the counter, she started organizing... and I was thinking.... Lady, there are about 6 more people in line! Get to work, you can clean up later. Needless to say. I was ticked off. In general, the employees don't seem to have great customer service. They don't try to look up if you package is in the system. If the delivery note says TOMORROW after 5 or something , they don't even try... On several occasions they told me the package was not in yet but I SAW it in their little room in the back (my family always sends Bright Yellow boxes). I have to beg them to check in the system. I have no choice than to go there for my packages, If I could I would.

The staff are outstanding and Canada Post Corp. needs to bring their service to the level that this postal outlet offers. I have used the pharmacy and like Mr. pharmacist but the Mrs should take time off and then come back with a better customer service attitude or take a lesson from the ladies in the post office section. How many complaints would it take for this one to get its contract revoked? The main problem is that there's always an unbelievably long lineup. Don't even think about it on Fridays or the last day of the month, and if Friday's the last day of the month, you'll be lucky if the lineup isn't stretching out the Shoppers entrance. The problem? Chronically and woefully understaffed. I have--no joke--stood in line for 45 minutes on more than one occasion because they had one person behind the counter. It's happened to me often enough that I assume it's their usual manner of staffing. I've even had to wait for astronomically long periods of time when it's a slow day (Saturday) and there's hardly a line. I only come here because it's the closest outlet, and my packages are sent here when I miss the mail carrier. I think desperation might be this location's business model, 'cos it sure ain't timely service.
