Food is tasty. But when they call it a snack house, they ain't kidding. $15 for a snack sized spring roll vermicelli and chicken. Yikes!

Normally when I see a restaurant trying to serve two different cuisines, it is an immediate red…read moreflag. However, I am surprised that everything is done relatively well here! The two cuisines I am referring to is Vietnamese, and they also somehow put sushi on the menu. Pho: Executed competently, broth is actually a rich deep broth, and doesn't feel watery at all. My only quip is that the size for a large is smaller than Vancouver portions Vermicelli bowl: Executed well, but they had limited options for protein options. I wish they had pork skin in one of the bowls! House roll: Rice isn't over seasoned compared to a lot of other sushi restaurants - may come off as bland as a result, but it allows the rice to shine through instead. So YMMV depending on what you are used to.

Wanted to try an authentic Pho restaurant. Came here and…read moretried their Triple A beef sate pho as I wanted a spicy kick to my soup instead of the waygu rare beef pho. The beef was amazingly tender and delicious. Unfortunately, the over seasoned, salty soup base overpowered the sate flavoring. Also, even though the lemon grass is not meant to be eaten, you're constantly picking it out of the soup. The large carrot chunks are interesting. I've only experienced that in stews, not pho. Most importantly, the noodles seemed to be cut into small pieces which stuck together in clumps, which I have never seen before. We brought this to the attention of the servers, and they mentioned that the supplier of the noodles didn't seem to get right. Apparently, after pouring the pho, the noodles separated, is what they mentioned. The service was fairly good and the servers were quite friendly. The ambiance of the place included a brightly lit restaurant and the music is constant techno-pop which drove me nutZ. I felt like all that was missing was molly...from what I hear ;)

Yay! I'm a fan of Seki Noodle House…read more We're from Calgary, on holidays. We found this place last summer and loved it... so we came back this summer. We love sushi, we've eaten our weight in one year... LOL... so we feel we're land locked authorities of this delisious food. First, the rice. The rice sticks like the rice should. The assortment of Nigiri sushi is quite good and the portion sizes are very reasonable for the price paid. The taste and quality, I believe, is quite good. I'm a big fan of their Rainbow Roll and Tiger Roll. So much so that I ordered them both three nights in a row. LOL Yes, my wife and I went three nights in a row... on the third night we brought our kids. They really enjoyed the salmon avacado roll. The service is a bit slow and rather laid back... that's okay we're on holidays. Tonight they forget to bring the soy sause to our table... that's okay, I just got up and grabbed a bottle from a table where guests had just left. Tonight the server brought us water but didn't take a drink order... that's okay, I'm watching my weight. All that said the restaurant is quite cozy, there's a sunny sidewalk patio if you prefer and in spite of a little forgetfulness the staff are quite kind and curtious. A wonderful place, great quality sushi, in a great part of Kelowna... we'll definitely be back next summer!

Came here on a Sunday after a day at Gyro beach which is across the street. We had booked ahead for…read morerez at 630p. When we arrived it was not too busy. Menu had assortment of sushi, sashimi, noodles, and rice. We ordered salmon sashimi, dynamite roll, rainbow roll, california roll, 2 tonkotsu ramen, and squid karaage. Overall, the food was good. The best was the salmon sashimi - tasted fresh and melts in your mouth. Everything else was average. We also ordered some bubble teas (taro, lemonade passion fruit, and brown sugar) which were pretty good. Service was friendly but a little slow. Looks like they are very popular with takeout as we saw quite a few people walk in during our visit.
