Most importantly, the noodles seemed to be cut into small pieces which stuck together in clumps, which I have never seen before. We brought this to the attention of the servers, and they mentioned that the supplier of the noodles didn't seem to get right. Apparently, after pouring the pho, the noodles separated, is what they mentioned. The service was fairly good and the servers were quite friendly.
