So far I have tried the following ramen: Beef chili lime ramen-- you wouldn't really think it, but tomato went really well with this bowl of ramen. The chicken is basically regular seasoned chicken breast and the chashu is basically pork shoulder. The one I am used to is where they take the pork belly, season it and then roll it up. It is not the case here. The noodle was tasty but not wow and you can tell that it was freshly made in house. Broth was ok. But hey this is the only ramen place in Kelowna (2023) at the moment.
