Since Nebraska is known for steaks, my wife and I ordered 12 oz Ribeyes, baked potato with lots of butter, and tossed salad with home made ranch dressing. When Dianna brought the steaks my eyes popped out! So big, I'm sure it was a full pound! She said "he cuts them by hand in the back". Yes Sir! I can honestly say the nicely marbled rib eye, seasoned just right reached what I call the "OMG" level for tastiness. For drinks I had a lemonade with Absolute Vodka. My new favorite drink. She just gave us the bill. We felt very rushed. We won't be going to Capones anymore. It's not worth driving all the way out there for a mediocre experience. There are better places in town.
