We initially got the location confused for another Sinclair gas station across the highway, but the driver called us a few minutes before departure time to see if we were still on our way. Such a nice service to provide to us travelers! My second experience with the St George shuttle was I myself taking the morning shuttle to SLC airport. I parked in the side lot and waited a few minutes until the shuttle arrived at the gas station. The driver didn't see me at first so she hopped back in the car and drove over towards the lot that I was parked in. I flagged her down and she actually offered to bring the shuttle to me instead! So kind :) So far I'm really enjoying the amenities of the shuttle. Water, WiFi, and charging parts galore! I will definitely be using St George for travel again in the future.

My brother in law 's automobile broke down in Beaver, Utah. He was on his way to our house in…read moreWashington, UT. I called and booked the Salt Lake Express, The pick up was at The Flying J , at 8:05 pm. He was visiting with a couple before the shuttle arrived, and they offered a ride to him, they were going to St. George also. He declined because I already bought him a ticket and the shuttle would be there in about 20 minutes. In the meantime an employee told him to double check with SLE, sometimes they forget to stop if they don't know they have a passenger pick up. He relayed this to me. I called and told the representative what he had been told and she put me on hold while she called the driver directly to make sure he would stop. I was told that that had been confirmed, he knew he had a pickup. She also explained how to use your website to track the bus. I was tracking the bus and so was my brother in law. For more than an hour, the tracker did not move, it was South of Nephi, and just sat there. My brother in law and I started calling SLE, but could not get anyone to answer. After a long amount of time, I just figured it was broke down. He finally called and said he was going to get a hotel for the night, not knowing what time the bus would be there. Right before I turned out the lights, probably about 10:13, I decided to look at the tracker again, and the shuttle was almost to Cedar City. What?????? I could see on the tracker he went by Beaver and the stop that was just North of it. I contacted the company the next day and asked for a refund and asked for him to be compensated for the motel room. They not only compensated him for the hotel, they refunded the bus ticket price and gave me a $50.00 credit with the company. This was very much appreciated and I commend them for addressing their problem. I did not give them a rating, the bus passing by would have been a #1, but the response from the company was a 5#.
