I had a cleaning crew of 10 people make the place spotless. We mopped, scrubbed the kitchen, swept, changed all garbage liners, set every light switch as requested. It is 8 weeks after the wedding and we have not received our deposit back. The owners dodge calls repeatedly. When we finally get them on the phone we get told that we will get a call back. The call back never comes. Now 8 weeks later we are being told that we left the place a mess and that we are only getting a partial refund. We haven't actually even gotten that. We are still waiting and waiting. Avoid this place at all costs.

It was SO clean and well maintained, that I THOUGHT it was only a year or two old! The staff is friendly and courteous. When the elevator had a malfunction for a couple hours, staff helped carry luggage, etc. up the stairs. Cheerfully too! And it was fixed in short order. They have an on-site laundry available, which was very much appreciated after visiting Yellowstone and the Tetons. The room is large with a K-cup coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. Linens are breathable and comfortable. The breakfast has hot entries, fresh fruit, oatmeal, and a variety of various bagels, English muffins, and waffles. The bacon was fabulous! They had everything one needed! It also was the very first time I have seen Korean gouchujang sauce offered next to the salsa! One of the most pleasant stays we have ever had in a hotel!

We didn't know quite what to expect so when the performers arrived dancing down the length of the table we flat out giggled! It was smart of the staff to line us up before dinner and confirm our seat placement, drinks and orders. It was a bummer that we didn't get to know the people seated with us better. They were a quiet bunch, it took me frantically whispering to my friend to start clapping for the performance to get any reaction from them. It was awkward during courses because each group didn't want to draw attention to themselves. The performer's costumes and matching masks were glittery and fun. The best part was when a hoop descended from a ceiling and one of the girls did some acrobatics with it. My friend and I ordered the prime rib and salmon for our entrées and split them so we could get a taste of each. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the the prime rib had excellent sauce options. We were served a side salad, spicy gumbo, raspberry sorbet, and beignets. Overall if was a very fun evening but either have a large group or be the life of the party! The event was a great success and I would encourage anyone who needs to host a local event to inquire about it at this location as it can easily accommodate a fairly large gathering provide all the food, catering and there is plenty of free parking in the back. The building can easily accommodate couple parties simultaneously. Front part of the building also has a tea, coffee area we would like to try next. So I'd recommend them for a banquet or reception or any large family gathering. They are well equipped to handle any celebration and to make it a success.
