Their gym had ellipticals and treadmills. Dumbbells were available. The gym was clean and had wipes for you to clean up after yourself. Breakfast was served in the morning downstairs. Platinum and above members are given $10 credit breakfast credit with most items costing a little more. If you want coffee, it will cost you. This Courtyard was able to give me a good night of sleep so that I could drive another 7 hours the next day. It's a good hotel to stay at if hotels aren't available in the Idaho Falls area.

We stayed in room 332 which is popular for a decent view of the surrounding foothills, especially during and after a snow storm. They offer all of the expected amenities for this brand of hotel and the room and bathroom were a decent size. Pool. Hot tub. Gym. Laundry. Bistro. Snack shop that was well-stocked. Outdoor lounge area with lots of seating. Plenty of free parking. Above average view. We had the kids over for a Christmas Eve pool party and had a ton of fun. Pool is clean and hot tub is hot! Plenty of towels and seating. The common area was really nice and the seating was comfy. We ate in the bistro for breakfast one morning with the kids. It was ok. We had coffee in the mornings both in the room and at the bistro. Service there was good but not friendly. It was almost a turn off. The room service was great, attended to daily and kept the room feeling clean and fresh. Thanks Marriott for not taking the easy way out. A failing of Hilton is allowing their brands to take the low road on room cleanings during your stay. We will return.

From the moment we checked in, we could hear children running and jumping nonstop in the room above us. We tried to be understanding at first--kids need to get their energy out--but it became excessive. It continued into the night and then started again early the next morning around 7:30 AM, waking us up and going on for hours. We called the front desk, and the response was disappointing. We were told that quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM, so there wasn't much they could do. While I understand policies, constant running and jumping all day is not reasonable and made our stay extremely uncomfortable. After pushing the issue, they said they would call the room, but nothing improved. Ultimately, the noise made our stay miserable, and we ended up leaving early just to get some peace. As loyal Hilton guests, this experience was really frustrating and honestly reflects a decline in the level of service we've come to expect. We won't be staying at this location again.

Although the breakfast wasn't like it used to be where they had stations and everyone can grab and go or dine in, but because of the pandemic, the breakfast is prepackaged in brown bags with water, fruits, muffins etc. The lady at the concierge (I wish I remembered her name) she was kind enough to recommend the best pizza place for delivery - Big Foot Pizza. They even delivered directly to our hotel room. The room was very clean & spacious, the beds were comfortable - to say the least, we overslept! The best part of our stay here... we woke up to snow! We looked out of the window the next morning and all of the cars in the parking lot were covered with SNOW! My kids couldn't wait to go outside!
