If we had known, we would have booked somewhere else. For being the most expensive hotel in the area, it was definitely not worth the price. The TV barely worked, the shower pressure was very weak, and the towels were incredibly rough and uncomfortable. The only thing I genuinely liked was the shampoo and conditioner they provided. Overall, this hotel did not live up to the price or expectations. I wouldn't stay here again unless they make some major improvements and are more upfront about amenities that aren't available.

Late at night though the vent in the bedroom emits air and rotational motor noise.The AC is also not quiet, but typical, it only came on for brief moments. Ambient noise is at minimum. From the moment we checked in, we could hear children running and jumping nonstop in the room above us. We tried to be understanding at first--kids need to get their energy out--but it became excessive. It continued into the night and then started again early the next morning around 7:30 AM, waking us up and going on for hours. We called the front desk, and the response was disappointing. We were told that quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM, so there wasn't much they could do. While I understand policies, constant running and jumping all day is not reasonable and made our stay extremely uncomfortable. After pushing the issue, they said they would call the room, but nothing improved. Ultimately, the noise made our stay miserable, and we ended up leaving early just to get some peace. As loyal Hilton guests, this experience was really frustrating and honestly reflects a decline in the level of service we've come to expect. We won't be staying at this location again.

They even delivered directly to our hotel room. The room was very clean & spacious, the beds were comfortable - to say the least, we overslept! The best part of our stay here... we woke up to snow! We looked out of the window the next morning and all of the cars in the parking lot were covered with SNOW! My kids couldn't wait to go outside!
