I had a cleaning crew of 10 people make the place spotless. We mopped, scrubbed the kitchen, swept, changed all garbage liners, set every light switch as requested. The call back never comes. Now 8 weeks later we are being told that we left the place a mess and that we are only getting a partial refund. We haven't actually even gotten that. We are still waiting and waiting. Avoid this place at all costs.

This property features EV charging as an amenity, but the staff doesn't appear to understand how…read moreit works. We were told that the EV charging is free and all we had to do was plug our car in to get charging. That is not true, at least at this time. The reality is that one must have the Blink Charging app to use the two J1772 EV chargers located here. The chargers provide 6.5 kw charging speeds. It then costs 49 cents to start the charging and $2 per hour parking fee for the entire time the vehicle is plugged in, from the moment charging starts. It took 2 hours and 6 minutes to almost fully charge our 14.5 kw PHEV. That cost $4.74. If I had not unplugged immediately upon seeing the charge taper down near the end, it would have continued charging $2 per hour, or more than double the cost of the electricity. This property was great in every other way.

We didn't know quite what to expect so when the performers arrived dancing down the length of the table we flat out giggled! It was smart of the staff to line us up before dinner and confirm our seat placement, drinks and orders. It was a bummer that we didn't get to know the people seated with us better. They were a quiet bunch, it took me frantically whispering to my friend to start clapping for the performance to get any reaction from them. It was awkward during courses because each group didn't want to draw attention to themselves. The performer's costumes and matching masks were glittery and fun. The best part was when a hoop descended from a ceiling and one of the girls did some acrobatics with it. My friend and I ordered the prime rib and salmon for our entrées and split them so we could get a taste of each. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the the prime rib had excellent sauce options. We were served a side salad, spicy gumbo, raspberry sorbet, and beignets. Overall if was a very fun evening but either have a large group or be the life of the party! Also, don't forget to tip the very polite staff.
