Once you drop a few nuggets on the ground, then bend down with some in your hand the quail are not shy to come and eat from your hand. It was great! Butterflies flit all around you like a mystical wonderland. Colorful flowers jut out of plants everywhere. We saw fascinating butterflies, hungry adventurous caterpillars, and a collection of various birds. While the whole trail was quite small, every single inch of it is fascinating! The best part was our tiny tour guides. The owner's grandchildren, a very knowledgeable 6 year old boy, and his darling and curious little sister, along with their mom, guide you through the magic of butterflies! Depending on the pin placement, some down hill or side hill putts might end up off the green. Higher altitude (Pocatello @ 4500 ft) shortens the course (half-club to full club longer than at sea level). Only hit driver twice. Almost all par 4s are less than 400 yards. Fun course, enjoyable.
