They don't answer their phone, don't return messages, and don't respond on their Facebook messenger which they say is their preferred method of contact. Total Scam! Stay Away! Some challenging and some that the 9-year old helped us solve. The staff were very helpful and kept us on track. Overall a great time! Tip: bring a bottle of water to drink - we were very parched by the end of the event. Looking forward to the next one!

Shortly after I paid, I received a call asking if we could change to 8pm. That was fine with us, although a bit late. The day of our reservation at 7:15 pm I received a text from an employee/owner(?) saying that she was on her way and her daughter got sick all over the front seat of the car and could we reschedule for the next day.i explained that we were leaving in the morning and I would take a refund. The next day I received an email from 'Lava Escape Games' thanking me for our visit. Huh?? I still haven't received my refund. Very poorly run operation.
