Some challenging and some that the 9-year old helped us solve. The staff were very helpful and kept us on track. Overall a great time! My son loves escape rooms. We decided to extend our trip by one night just to do this room as they…read morehave limited days open. I reserved the 7pm slot for Wednesday, 8/14. Shortly after I paid, I received a call asking if we could change to 8pm. That was fine with us, although a bit late. The day of our reservation at 7:15 pm I received a text from an employee/owner(?) saying that she was on her way and her daughter got sick all over the front seat of the car and could we reschedule for the next day.i explained that we were leaving in the morning and I would take a refund. The next day I received an email from 'Lava Escape Games' thanking me for our visit. Huh?? I still haven't received my refund. Very poorly run operation.
