When we showed our dog to the manager , she explained it was a new groomer, but declined to provide a refund or even a partial refund for a completely incorrect cut for the breed. We will never take any dog back in and pay the cost of a "professional groom" when a groomer may still be in the schooling stage and not even bother to do research to ensure they are doing their job correctly.
