I attempted to call them back at least 12 different times to tell them so, but I either always got a busy signal or a full voicemail. So when they finally called me me back to tell me they were there to pick us up, I tried to tell them I got another taxi because of their rude service. I literally got the through 'we got another' before they hung up on us. Absolutely terrible service. If you ever need a taxi in Carbondale, get Jet Taxi instead. They are MUCH faster and FAR more polite.

The speedometers don't work - So, u don't know how fast you're going (That's a ticket waiting to happen), the power windows don't work, they wreak of mildew (probably due to the fact that when it rains the windows dont stay up - all the way, and water comes through the electrical devices on the roof if the car, so you may as well be prepared to feel as if you're at a swimming pool smh The only thing that works in these vehicles are the radio's! They tell you 20 minutes - it ends up being more like 45 mins to an hour smh!! And, I think it's unethical for your dispatcher to be a driver as well JS The same dispatcher who dogs out all of (ALL) of the other taxi services in the area. She has had so many moving violations I don't even know how she's even driving let alone for a public transportation service This driver hit a kid on a bike that was airlifted to STL, almost killed the kid - And this is the type of person you want as the spokesperson for your company. . . .She yells at customers, hangs up on them - tells them to get out of the car - SOOO many complaints against her. . .
