Had the car for a week, with no phone calls. I have since rented again and will continue to. Andrew is humorous and professional, you can tell he has the business mind and great customer service skills. Enterprise would be smart to keep him happy, he will go far! Had a horrible experience there a few months ago, a brief summary is rude clerks that only could speak over people, not being there when promised (after I got dropped off), and were very flippant about my time. They thought that wasting my time was no big deal. I could just walk back in 3 hours when it was more convenient for them. Then when it was return day they wanted the car 5 hours early, and tried to blame me for the fact they cant plan their time! Several phone calls during the rental, for information that they all ready had, a double charge on the cc, and the district manager was just too busy to return the 3 emails and several calls I made. Unfortunately they are the only car rental in town though and I made another reservation. I just got a voice mail from the same sarcastic millennial telling me how inconvenient the time I chose was. Im done. I will transfer the VM to Mp3 and play it if and when the owner decides to call. In the last 3 years I have had a rental from other Enterprise districts on 43 occasions, yes issues but guess what they were fixed. The owner of another district offered to step in and talk to corp. Apparently the owner will now be fined for ignoring the issue, I am sorry it led to that but you brought it on yourself. Since Sparta and Randolph county give out TIFF money, I think it is time for a different rental car business.

The problem with this is those of us that use the company weekly (for business purposes) have to "train" the new young interns and mgrs. I get frustrated when I need to come and go quickly and I have to deal with a "new" person. I have to point out once a year to the newest mgr that his inefficiencies are not my inefficiencies and I do not have the time or tolerance to wait until he gets drivers or cars back from oil changes. I would also point out that many of their no smoking cars apparently are really smoking cars. I have begun to decline them or bring them back once the covering scent they used in clean up fades and I begin to smell ashtray odor. They claim to charge a clean up fee to customers for smoking in the cars but the staff admits they rarely do. Aside from my complaints, they are always friendly and scramble to correct any problems.

I wish that I would have read the reviews here prior to reserving a vehicle. We reserved an SUV several weeks before a very important trip. I had a pick up time for 10 am. At 9 am I received a call from Jim explaining that they didn't have the SUV yet. He explained that he would have the SUV by early afternoon but quickly offered a sedan so that he could "get me on the road" right away. I thanked him but explained that we rented an SUV specifically because we needed the extra room. He assured me that he would call as soon as the SUV was available. By 2:30 I still hadn't received a call so I called them and spoke to Jim directly. He seemed annoyed that I was calling and checking on the vehicle and once again immediately offered me a sedan so he could "get me on the road". I explained once again that we needed an SUV. When I asked why he didn't have the vehicle that I had reserved he told me he can't just make a vehicle appear. He told me that he had one coming in at 4. We showed up a little after 4 and were told that they still didn't have the vehicle. He again tried to offer a sedan and we explained that we needed an SUV. When my husband questioned why the vehicle we reserved wasn't there he explained that he made several attempts to contact us that morning as if we were being unreasonable because we were refusing a sedan when we requested an SUV. He told my husband that if they got an SUV in that they would call. He called me again around 4:45 which was 45 minutes prior to them closing to say they still didn't have it but that he would call if they got one in. He never called back. We ended up walking into our local Toyota dealership out of desperation because we were scheduled to leave at 5 am the next morning and still had no vehicle after we had wasted an entire day with Jim stringing us along. I am honestly convinced that he never had the SUV to begin with and was just dragging it out long enough that we wouldn't have a choice other than to take the car that he kept trying to push on us. I cannot express enough my disappointment in the lack of service at this Enterprise location. Jim was not helpful in any way and was rude and disrespectful when we questioned him about the availability of our vehicle. I will never return to this location again. From this point forward we won't consider any place other than Toyota. The service there was excellent!

Our family went on an out west family vacation for 13 days. I took out the additional insurance coverage for anything that would go wrong with the vehicle. We arrived at Glacier National Park and the front tires had no tread and were coming apart. The back ones were new. It was raining and slippery in the mountains. We noticed the problem on a weekend so we texted them about what we should do and they never got back with us so we had to put two new tires on so we could finish our family vacation. We called on Monday and told them and they said they would do a report. I returned it and they will not reimburse us for the $550 for two new tires even though they knew we were going on a 5000 mile road trip and they sent us out on bald tires! They said the additional insurance policy that cost over $500 did not cover tire damage. We didn't damage the tires. They had no tread to begin with. Whatever you do, don't rent a car from this business.
