On October 30,2019 we purchased a used 2017 Dodge Ram from Marion Toyota. We viewed on their website and came across a vehicle we wanted to go by and check out on the lot. After looking at the vehicle we wanted more information and possibly drive it. When we walked into the dealership we where immediately greeted and asked if she could get someone to assist us. Our dealer was Jerry Rambeau and couldn't ask for a nicer person to deal with. Answered all our questions we had. Everyone at Marion Toyota was a real pleasure to work with and made our experience very pleasant. We look forward in doing future business with Marion Toyota

Kudos to Camille, Jason and the rest of the team. They were professional, efficient and courteous. Special thanks to Camille who single handedly saved my vacation! When I had difficulty with the initial car I rented, I explained the situation to her and she couldn't have been nicer! Not only did Camille work to resolve the problem, but she got me another car. I really appreciated the excellent service I received from her! I will strongly encourage all my friends to check out Enterprise!

Alright so let's get into this. I have only had one experience with this location and it started…read moreoff on the wrong foot. What I mean by that is, I was in a bit of a mood because of whatever I had going on that day and I wasn't a very patient customer. I had a reservation for about 8:30am and when I arrived there was a gentleman sitting in the lobby. I assumed that since I had the appointment I would be the next one served but that was not the case. Instead of taking a breath and just waiting I got a little irritated. Even with my irritation, the employees remained poised and professional. I may have not been the easiest to deal with that morning but they handled it extremely well. Even though I assume they didn't really care for my 'tude or me personally for that matter, they never outwardly showed it which is a huge accomplishment. Being able to treat me well even though I'm not necessarily treating you the best is something that takes heart and they definitely got that. After all was said and done, I walked away with a cool lender while I waited for my car to be repaired. There were no issues with the car mechanically, however it did have a bit of a smell. The only was I can describe it is "like something died". You know what I mean. But once I let the car air out, it was fine for the most part. It wasn't something to really cause a fuss about. But I must say when mentioned, they apologized and even comped me for the gas I totally forgot to fill before returning it. That to me is a win in my book. I will definitely return to this location hopefully in a much better mood to treat these employees how' they treated me...excellently and respectfully.

I purchased a 2009 Ford Focus from this place in February 2019 as a last resort. As for the car I…read morehave had no issues. I realize I am a lucky one. As for the dealership itself, I am disgusted. I had to call almost every six months to show them that I had insurance because they kept saying my insurance company was sending them letters saying I no longer had insurance. At one time I had to three way call them and my insurance because they typed in the insurance policy wrong and refused to try and fix it. This was every six months when my insurance renewed. They would never send me the letter. I have paid of my vehicle many months ago and have yet to receive my title because even after multiple times making sure that my title was sent to the right address they sent it to the wrong address. After it was sent, about 11 days, I called again to verify where it was sent to and was lied to saying it was sent to the right address. It was then lost in the mail and a new one was ordered 1/27/23, three days after I asked them to order it. The title department has taken no responsibility for their mistakes and fully tried to blame the post office and myself, I could of picked it up at the dealership, however I have moved out of state and didn't see how sending the title would be difficult. I called today and the new title has not been received by them. This place also would not send me my contract. I was charged more than what the told me and when I asked for them to send me my contract via email, since it was electronically made, I saw no reason they couldn't they refused. This place is awful. Their loan department and title department are just terrible. I just want to be finished with this and they keep screwing things up and forcing me to deal with them.

So far, the instrument cluster light, the tail lights, and the headlights have failed. It's going to cost me thousands of dollars to get it all fixed..
