Great value on trail items like backpacks, shoes, socks, bikes/biking gear and other items. Definitely check out REI in Durham *I live in Raleigh but, travel to Durham to go to this REI.

The service there was pretty decent and the staff were nice /helpful. My favorite part about the shop is just the fact that they put so much energy into how it looks. Overall I feel like you pay for the experience when you are there too

How is it possible for them to host "major liquidation" and "going out of business" sales for SEVERAL years?? Not only do the sales people make you feel extremely uncomfortable while you're trying to shop, but they don't even honor their discounts on half of the items they sell! I have visited the store quite a few times, each time I've left disappointed. I've interacted with a few different staff members and they're all unapologetically rude. I will be happy to drive farther to a different store, that sells the same items! If this company doesn't go out of business for real, they really need to make some major changes if they expect to keep any customers.

I understand the importance of maintaining strict safety standards, but those standards should be communicated and enforced in a professional and respectful manner. Customers and employees should feel comfortable asking questions and raising concerns without being treated rudely or condescendingly. A person in management should never treat employees the way I was treated by this individual. I have never in my life been so disrespected by a single person. If that is how he treats employees, I can only imagine how he treats members of the general public. My concern is not with the policies themselves, but with how they were communicated and enforced. I hope Triangle Shooting Academy takes this feedback seriously and reviews how people are treated by management and range staff.
