I must say with no doubt this is the best Dry Cleaners in Niagara Falls. I went to visit them because my dad is a huge fan of having his shirts dry cleaned, so decided to give them a try; not knowing what to expect as he is very picky. Well to my surprise he was not only very pleased but he decided to take more shirts on a second occasion and he kept saying how good they made him feel, how he got a great deal and how whenever he comes to visit me to Niagara Falls he will always take his shirts there. As for me I was pleased to know that the products they use are not toxic for humans nor the environment as all my family has very sensitive skin. I am looking forward to taking my jacket there this weekend and look forward to a great relationship with Yazz Cleaners. If I could give them zero stars I would. If you have real fur items that you need cleaned, avoid this place at all costs! The staff (the owner's children) are not the most knowledgeable and will hide it when they make a mistake. They ruined the hood on my $1000 coat and basically told me it was my own fault and it's not their problem. She had offered to change the fur to another fur she had in store that wasn't even a match or real fur. I ended up having to go and complain to the head store in Fonthill. They sent away my jacket to be repaired and told me it will be ready in 2-4 weeks. It's been almost 2 months and I've been getting the run around and still don't have a jacket or my money refunded. read more

Wrecked my very expensive jeans. Asked and paid for a euro-hem. Was the worst hem I've ever seen. Went back hoping to have them fixed. The elderly lady with the kerchief in her hair had no interest in trying to come up with a solution to make the customer happy. She told me I got what I asked for, without even looking at it. I've been bringing clothes to be cleaned here for a few years and mostly it's been fine. I brought curtains in to be shortened and hemmed and it was overall a bad experience. First they told me they would be ready today. I got there at noon and not only were my curtains not ready, they scrunched up in a ball in a pile of other things. They told me to come back in an hour. A little inconvenient, but sure. I come back two and half hours later and the hem is sewed but they are still in a ball in a pile of stuff. They took the curtains and ironed the hem only. When I asked why they weren't ironing the whole curtain, I was told the wrinkles existed when I dropped the curtains off. First of all, they were brand new in package. Second of all, they spent most of the day scrunched in a ball which definitely caused wrinkles. And third of all, it doesn't even matter if they were wrinkled already. If I pay for a product to be altered, I would expect it to come back to me in ready to use condition. I shouldn't have to still iron them when I get them home. And when I did get them home and look, the alterations are shooty at best. Loose threads, bunch threads on the front of the curtains. Sad to say I won't be back. read more

Had work pants altered first pair was done perfect return with the other pairs. Seams came apart and was left with only one pair because they had cut the excess material. Returned to have a sipper replaced on a winter coat was quoted 43.00 and take one week, returned a few days later was quoted 53.00 and 2 weeks now. Will never return again. read more

WASTE OF MONEY. I brought my jacket in to be cleaned and I returned when they told me it would be ready. When I returned I found my jacket that looked like it hadn't been touched. It even had black hairs on it, I'm blonde, and quite a few and not even close to being clean. They offered to clean it again, but when it was done again, so they say, it was in the same condition. Dirty with black hairs. When I showed this to them again they said, I was right but they don't know. What! Really! You might rip me off once but not twice and I'm really not comfortable bringing how hairs from who knows where back to my house or on my body. Don't waste your money, they don't know what dry cleaning is. read more
