I grew up going to laundromats so I'm pretty picky but this one met my expectations and more. It's more pricey than I remembered but I guess that's inflation for you. Sabrina helped us and she was super helpful showing us around and keeping the place spic and span. Will def come back if we are the area. read more

This is a great secure place and not too expensive. The staff behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I would recommend is to only buy the amount of wash services you will use. The machine don't take cash, you have to use a local clears to pay for everything and you don't get any refunds. I spent 3 weeks there and when I left I had $10 on the card that I couldn't cash out. The washers and dryers were clean and had various sizes. Several areas to wait and fold the cloths that were completed. When I return to Niagara Falls next year I will make sure to use this location. read more

Extremely expensive! You'll easily spend over $25 here. This is the most expensive laundromat I've seen around western new york. Not to mention its not even clean enough to actually be worth all that money. Had my laundry basket stolen here when i went to go grab dryer sheets. Fucking ridiculous place that you cant trust. Don't bring your clothes here. Waste of money and they dont even take quarters. You have to get a laundry card and keep reloading it. I really wanted to like this place, but I'd barely been there 10 minutes and the attendant had to call the police on someone yelling at screaming about something. Then, a dude came in, started talking so loudly to another guy, I couldn't hear myself think. He was swearing every other word. Then started yelling and swearing at someone on his phone conversation, but no one did anything. I never end r back and don't recommend it. It's pretty ghetto. read more

This is so CLEAN!! They have multiple sizes of washers, even up to an 8 load washer. It may seem expensive but $10.50 for 8 loads is not bad!The staff is very nice and helpful. She even provided training to use the laundry cards - no more inserting quarters!! read more

Traveling through NY on vacation and we needed to stop and do some laundry. This place was great. You put money on a card so no dealing with a bazillion quarters. Nice machines, very clean, safe and well lit, with plenty of rolling baskets and space to fold clothes - and they have wifi and a play area for the kids. The young lady who works there is super nice and an incredibly hard worker. She is in constant motion cleaning things up and helping people. There is a Family Dollar across the street if you need to pick up any last minute supplies. If I lived in this area I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Great experience here. I rarely use laundry facilities like this l, but I needed one in this situation - from out of town staying at a hotel with no guest laundry facilities. Anyway, found this place on yelp, it had only 1 review but it was a shining 5 star review. I have this place a try and wasn't disappointed. In my experience these type of places can be dilapidated, untidy and not very welcoming. But this was a completely different experience. The place is clean. The staff was very friendly and quick to help when it was clear I had no idea what I was doing. She assisted me in loading a laundry card for payment (the machines don't take quarters) and walked me through the basic operations of the various machines. They even have a waiting room with individual TVs and kids play space. And free SOAP! Also, note, there's a $20 for loading a card via debit card, so bring cash. read more

Drying doesn't start bad ($0.40 for 10 min) but MAJOR CAUTION!!: I had 3 quilts develop holes because the drums in the dryers had raised & damaged air holes). This place is clean, the female staff worker (I didn't get her name) was so friendly and helpful. She let me use my debit to put money on a laundry card (the card is free) in order to wash my clothes. They have soap for sale, but since I came on a Thursday the soap was FREE!! Other bonuses, a kids playroom, free wifi and a family dollar across the street. Not near the touristy area so you will need to drive or uber if you are passing through. read more

We stopped here one night to do laundry on our road trip. Our hotel only had one washer and dryer and we had a weeks worth of clothes for 6 people so we needed more machines. I was a little bummed because we showed up at 10:40 and they said the last load of the day had to be started at 10:30 even though they are open until 12. I wasn't going to leave the laundry mat so I would have been done by 12 but they still wouldn't let me. I went back the next morning to do it. He machines were easy to use and the workers were very helpful to show us how to load the card and start the machines. The area seemed nice and clean. I will say that the washers didn't clean as well as I had hoped. Some clothes still smelt dirty. I had to run three cycles on the dryer and my clothes were still damp. I didn't have time to wait so I took damp clothes back to my hotel. I would give the employees five stars because they were really nice but the effectiveness of the washer and dryer only gets four stars. They need to work better. read more

Stopped here to do road trip laundry before heading to Niagara Falls. The surrounding area was a bit sketchy and the outside lot was completely empty, but once inside we were pleasantly surprised! The shop is clean and (at the time) not very busy. Setting up a laundry card was easy and we didn't have to pay for the card itself, we only had to put money on it. The employee was very helpful in showing us how to pick and use a machine and even let us know that there is free soap on Tuesdays! Sure, there are handwritten signs on the walls about not riding in the laundry carts or drinking the coffee if you aren't using the actual laundry services, but honestly that didn't make us think any less of establishment itself. read more

First of all I would like say that Moiny, our attendant on 29th of July Saturday was really so cooperative. We managed to reach with dripping water sports clothing just 10 mins before midnight and had to dry them out. She helped us to put them in the drier for a total of 20 mins at least, stayed back for us after her duty hours, next day at least we were able to put on our water shoes. Thanks to her we really had a good experience. Very decent and clean laundromat. I would recommend it to any tourist. read more

When they first opened up the service was great! With time it has depleted to nothing! We washed our clothes in the big washers, next smaller washers, totaling 2 big washers, 2 next smaller washers. Everything came out wet, soaking wet, dripping wet. I complained and first was told that my money would be refunded. Then the operator refunded one wash. Then I showed her all our clothes were soaked. " She said let me call my manager, I can't do anything". So she came back with " I can refund your account only if you rewash all your clothes". I didn't understand that but I said ok knowing it would take another 30+ mins. While reloading our wet clothes back in the washer, she came back to us and said that "I can't refund anything else" and that her manager said if we don't like it that we could go somewhere else! Also that the manager would be coming in later and I could speak to her. First, you should try to satisfy the customer so that they will continue to come back and tell others how good the service was. The operator and manager, by phone, also said after we had washed all our clothes, that we should not have washed on permanent press, delicate. It wasn't written on the washers to not use permanent press or delicate cycles. Had we known that we wouldn't have use them. No one use this laundry mat until it has an overhaul because your wash will be wet and you won't be refunded. read more
