There was no reason to punch holes in the fabric of the shirt -as there was a label inside the shirt with size and care instructions. (They could have easily attached their yellow tag here) Last week I dropped 7 more shirts off and showed the damaged shirt to the employee and asked her to make sure the yellow dry clean tag was not put through the fabric again. I was assured they would not. I just picked up the shirts and once again 2 of them had the yellow tag punched right through the fabric -leaving holes in the fabric of the shirt. While the cleaning is fine and the shirts look nice when done, it is not worth dropping off shirts here if I pick them up with holes in the fabric.

I asked someone on FB who can I get to wash my clothes because I can't walk up and down the steps lugging bags back and forth to the laundromat, I was immediately referred to LAST CALL Laundry Services. That was about 6 years ago. Since then, Last Call has laundered my clothes regularly especially when there's too many clothes and I'm overwhelmed. They come pick up my funky clothes and bring them back 2 days later hot, fresh, clean and folded. Everything is done so perfectly and I feel like Samantha, when they arrive back.. as If I just twinkled my nose and they're all clean and folded and fresh.. and it's so easy, Knowing I didn't really do it on my own. I found myself being summoned internationally for a 10 day work trip on a moment's notice. Of course, many things I wanted to take with me were sitting in my dry clean pile, as I had been working from home for weeks with no call for my higher end clothing. Drat! What to do? I called my regular cleaner about possible same day service or even two day service and was told that was a "no go." So much for my 20 plus year's of business. So, to Yelp I turned and happened upon Colvin Cleaners. They told me they regularly do same day service as long as the garments are there by 10:30 am and that I could expect them back at or before 3 pm. Eureka!! I drove like a mad woman straight there from the southern tier and arrived at 10:32 am. Despite my tardiness for the 10:30 deadline, the counter staff was very friendly, bright and cheerful and greeted me with a "how can we help?" They set up an account for me, checked in my items, and told me I could expect a text when the dry cleaning could be picked up, all in under 5 minutes! I decided to run errands while in Buffalo for my trip. Sure enough at about 2:30 pm, I got a text informing me my clothes were ready. I arrived, to find yet more bright happy and helpful service staff at the counter. I paid a very reasonable sum for my clothes and was on my way. This place is great and advertises that they employ green cleaning methods to boot! If you are in the Buffalo area, make this business your dry cleaners!!!!! You will not regret it!
