That was about 6 years ago. Since then, Last Call has laundered my clothes regularly especially when there's too many clothes and I'm overwhelmed. They come pick up my funky clothes and bring them back 2 days later hot, fresh, clean and folded. Everything is done so perfectly and I feel like Samantha, when they arrive back.. as If I just twinkled my nose and they're all clean and folded and fresh.. and it's so easy, Knowing I didn't really do it on my own. Latasha Bullock and Co. really have something special here. and it's a essential service I'd recommend to any single man.. with disabilities. Last call washing my clothes makes it easier for me. Due to a mix up on the venue's part, this order had accidentally been brought to Connie's, laundered, pressed, and folded without directive. At first, the manager Chris expected payment in full for the service, but once the situation was explained he comped the final bill. I, too, am an event planner and often need to outsource a linen service for table cloths, napkins, skirting, etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Connie's in the future. It is refreshing to see industry professionals work together to take care of each other. In this situation, Connie's took care of the little guy...and as a result, has gained customers for life. The lady who was working was friendly and helpful. She was able to get me change for the quarter machine and also recommend which size washer and dryer to use. Right after I got some quarters I realized that I didn't even need them because there are credit card readers on every machine here. It only cost me about $10 to wash my duvet compared to spending $40 to send it out to be washed. What a deal! The facility is clean and bright. Tons of machines so you shouldn't have to wait. There are places to sit, relax and even wash tv. There are also washing supplies and some pop and snack vending machines if you need. The entrance was decorated very nicely for Halloween. If you want to drop your stuff off and have it washed they also offer that service, along with dry cleaning and alterations. I will come back here next time I need to wash my duvet. You are required to wear a mask when inside. Everyone was abiding by the rules due to the pandemic.

I called the cleaners and then took it back a second time. Still it was covered with "white" fuzz. The man told me that the white fibers are coming out of the black coat. (This did not even make sense). He said he cleaned it and then used a roller and he couldn't get it off. I told him that the first time he cleaned it he must have washed it with a white cotton item. He first told me he cleaned it and the second time I came in he told me about the person who cleaned it the first time. He refunded my 10.50 after I asked but when I expressed that he ruined the coat and should be reimbursing me at the least 40.00 toward a new coat. He said "You WON'T be getting 40.00. I won't be going there again.
