I dropped my 2 shirts off on a Thursday evening and since I wasn't in a rush I kept it to the basics and was told I could pick up my shirts on Tuesday afternoon. The employee working was extremely friendly and walked me though the process. Another cool thing I liked about this place is that on top of giving you a ticket with the date on it, they also shoot you a text when the items are ready for pickup, super cool service! I stopped by after receiving a text and it was ready on Tuesday like I was told. I was super satisfied with the job they did and will absolutely be coming back here in the future! I washed one of my blouses by accident with a darker coloured shirt and the color bled in the wash leaving the blouse with dark spots/stains. At home a friend suggested to use vinegar on the spots and not to dry it, I figured it was the best idea to take it into PIKES to see what they could do - I dropped it off on a Monday and explained what I used and what happened, it was then sent out of location that week to be fixed and then returned to PIKES Friday where I received a call that I missed. When I went to PIKES the next Monday to check-in the shirt was still sitting in a bag soaking wet! PIKES sent out the shirt, decided not to touch it because it smelled of vinegar and sent it back letting it sit wet for a week. Monday when I went to check in the lady at the front mentioned they didn't touch the shirt.. telling me if I'd like for them to try it could potentially ruin it - the shirt was already ruined with stains so I agreed to go forward again - she then "sent out" the shirt once again.. A week and a half went by and I'm finally able to pick it up - the shirt was hung up dried but unfortunately still with all the stains. * After paying and taking it home extremely disappointed.. a friend offered to clean the shirt at home as a last effort - she was able to remove ALL THE STAINS. I still can't believe it. I called PIKE right away and asked what they did to the shirt (they had it for 2 1/2 weeks!)- she didn't have an answer - She told me the owner would reach out to explain, I wanted to better understand what happened but never received a call.. paid for PIKE to try to remove the stains and they didn't even attempt. It fit well through my ribs and chest, but needed to be taken in around the hips and lower part of the dress, as well as shortened. I called ahead, and they told me to come in with no problem. They had me try the dress on, carefully pinned and marked everything, and explained that it would be ready in about a week. When I picked it up, the alterations were beautifully done. After getting home, I realized there was one small thing I wanted to adjust about the way the bottom of the dress was laying. I called, and they immediately told me to bring it back whenever was convenient. They fixed it for me while I waited, and I was so impressed by how thorough they were. They had me try it on multiple times, making little tweaks until it fit absolutely perfectly. They never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, and they didn't even charge me for the additional adjustment. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely wanted to make sure I left happy with the final result. The dress fits like it was made for me! I couldn't be happier with their work and will absolutely be coming back the next time I need something tailored. Highly recommend!

My other alterations fell through and they were able to rush alter the dress for me. The dress hadn't fit quite right when I came in and, even though I had only intended to get it shortened, they were able to make some small alterations to other parts of the dress to make it fit perfectly.
