The employee working was extremely friendly and walked me though the process. Yesterday, I called the store to follow up on my wedding dress and veil scheduled for pick up last Sept 28 4 pm. I did not receive any update about it; thus, the reason for my call. I was told to call again because it turns out my items are not yet ready. I called again today after work asking about when will it be ready and I just really got annoyed on the manner the staff responded. I didn't like how he raised his voice on me and constantly interrupting while I was still talking. Kindly train your staff to address customer's concerns properly and politely and not sounding as if the customer should just accept poor service!

Womp womp womp. I was a little skeptical to drop off my husband's suit here just based on the not…read moreso hot yelp rating. I ended up dropping it off anyway because we were recommended by a family friend. Originally, the woman at the counter said that they would not be able to have to suit done until Monday. I mentioned that I needed it for tomorrow and she went in the back to check with the cleaners, and then she came back out and guaranteed that it'd be done by 5pm today. To give them a little extra time, I stopped in around 5:50pm to pick up my items. The girls at the counter were very friendly. However, on the suit jacket and the dress shirt were ready and they told me the pants wouldn't be ready until Monday because all of the cleaners went home early. I'm not too sure why all the cleaners would go home early without all of the orders being done. Also, there was no manger on staff for me to speak with to resolve the issue. So, I asked for the pants back at least so that I could wash and press them at home. The girls couldn't find the pants... so I had to wait nearly a half hour before they could find them. When I asked if I could get a refund on the pants because they weren't complete, the girl mentioned that only managers are able to provide refunds. The only upside of my visit was that the staff was friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, the cleaners simply weren't efficient.

Dropped of Tuesday got it back Friday friendly and professional. Just moved up will use again.read more
