He had the guys detail the car then spent over an hour with me helping me get connect to and learn about the Sync 4 system and all the details of the car. My daughter in law bought a new Explorer the same day back home.(Kal even checked for any finance specials they may be able to use while I was on the phone with my son) The dealer she bought from sent her out of there with her phone connect via bluetooth and no knowledge of Sync 4. Though I'm by far not a tech guy, I used what Kal showed me earlier that day, and helped her get connected through Apple CarPlay and got her Explorer linked up with the Ford appon her phone and showed her a few features. The next time anyone in my family or I get a new vehicle we will drive the 93 miles and buy it from Kal.

Multiple attempts to the dealership with no return calls or texts. When we finally got one it was a, oh you can bring it in and we'll replace/fix but you'll have to pay for it .... Sigh....ok whatever. It's been about a month since we've had the car we purchased for our teen daughter and we've had nothing but issues with it now!! Emissions Coil had to be replaced, and apparently it was just stuck in there with clips broken. Spark Plugs had to be replaced. Also found that the emissions control hose was just duct taped together. How they seemed to not disclose or miss all this with any of their own work or inspections done is beyond me. Thank God my kid didn't leave for school just yet cause this lemon of a car just stalls at the drop of a hat!!! We've got to put a ton of work into it, so BEWARE when buying a used car off this lot!!! Get it checked out from a mechanic you trust before you buy!!! EDIT 7/19/24 The car still won't start or run, we've had it to our mechanic as well as to a Chevy dealer in Toledo and no one has any clue what's going on with it.... Knapp sent us a piece of $hit that we spent money on and just can't use, my daughter who's about to go off to college, now has no car!!! BEWARE!! Knapp can reach out to us if they want to help, but we're sure they won't, they knew what they sold us and didn't care!! This 2013 Chevy Cruze is a paperweight!!! Edit 7/26/24 This car has officially been in the shop longer than my daughter drove it ... Still no fix, we've had to put in 2K worth of work, for the car to be a dead paperweight!!! We are now out a car because no one can figure out what is wrong with it, we are out $10K, my daughter now has no transportation for college which she leaves for in a few weeks because we have no way to purchase another car for her. Thanks for killing our finances and killing the joy a kid had going to college with her own car!!! 7/29 Update We FINALLY have the car fixed thanks to Total Auto Care Toledo who had a slew of problems to go through, here's the final run down of what Knapp Chevrolet sold us .. Broken tab glued in connector going from the coil pack to the engine. Other end of the pigtail going to the Control Unit / Computer was aftermarket replacement that was wired in wrong Emission control house duct taped / electrical tapped together. They did have to reprogram the Body Control Module and The Computer. The computer ended up not being fired that's how the found out the other end of the connection was wired wrong and held together with clips.When they installed the new computer it still wouldn't start. So they put the original computer back in and rewired and soldered all the connections correctly the re programed everything!! The parts that where clipped in wrong where aftermarket because genuine parts are color coded ... The parts that where connected wrong had all white wires... The car is finally back up and running... If you buy a used car from Knapp take it to your own mechanic first to have it looked at, don't trust the sales guy, or their service department..

She was always amazing throughout all of this. She was the one that called me. She was the one that told them. I did the right thing and called them an hour and a half after I put the deposit down and that I did the right thing and I should get my money back. So kudos to Jessica. If you're gonna go to the dealership go to Jessica she's amazing. Do not use this dealership. After I put a $500 non- refundable down. 2 hours later I had a very unfortunate circumstance happen where I couldn't do it. I'm a single mom and I work three jobs. I called them less than two hours after I put the money down asking if I could get my money back. And it's Christmas time and I'm a cancer survivor. None of that mattered they just keep your money. They don't care if you don't buy a car from them even though I told them I couldn't afford a car from them because of the circumstances that changed all they cared about was their money. come to Columbus and buy from, Germain Lexus of Easton or Dublin. It's worth the drive. They have much better customer service. The guy at the Toledo Lexus dealership told me the car sat on their lot for 85 days before I came in, then had the audacity to try to convince me that because of the hour and a half that the car was held for me, that I killed a sale. Are you kidding me! You can't sell a car for 85 days and you try to blame me? They certainly weren't going to sell it in another hour and a half if they can't sell it after 85 days. The fact that they tried to blame that on me is unreal. the The fact that they can't have a little bit of human decency for a person an hour and a half later,after they putting a deposit down to provide it back. It's just unreal. You can go to Germain Lexus Of Dublin and they will hold a car with for you with no deposit down. You can go to Germain Lexus of Easton and put a deposit down on a car for $500 and if something changes they will refund your money back. Not this group! ON 10/03 I go back to the NOT so nice car company. I asked to see several other vehicles that I…read morefound online. I had a specific SUV that I was looking for to meet my needs. V6, tow package and low miles. I looked at a few that I had on my list. No effort by the salesman was made to suggest or show me what I was looking for. I asked to see the last one on my list and the salesman said, O this is your vehicle! It met my needs in terms of what I needed. I took it for drive and looked it over thoroughly. I noticed some surface scratches that were very noticeable. At that time the Owner of the Nice Car Company was nearby, and I asked if I could have the scratches buffed out since I really liked that SUV. He said sure we can do that, just mention it to your salesman. Point being, even the owner knew I was SERIOUS about this SUV. I tell my salesperson that this is the one and he says lets go up front to the office and write it up. He writes up the "Vehicle Purchase Order" that I Sign and He signs. I ask if Tuesday 10/6 will give them enough time to get the scratches buffed out as I'll need to get the money together and make arrangements to come back and pick it up. The salesperson says, o yes. He swiftly takes the signed copy, and I am left with my copy of the Vehicle Purchase Order. I go on my way. Tuesday 10/6 is the day stated for delivery. I have not received any phone call or warning of any issues. Tuesday my husband and I leave work early as he will drive my current car home after I pick up my, NEW TO ME SUV! I have a check in hand for the agreed amount on the paperwork. I have also finalized my plans for the upcoming weekend since we will be using the New Vehicle for travel. I walk into the Nice Car Company and ask for the salesperson, and I am greeted with the response of, O he is probably hiding. Kind of odd for a salesman who is about to collect a check! My salesperson comes out and says we have a problem. Another salesperson sold my SUV and delivered it. They no longer have it. I have no words as I was not sure what would come out of my mouth at that point. MY husband asks, WHY didn't you call her before we came all the way out here? The salesperson turns his back to me and looks at my husband and says, she was still undecided on that one!!! This was a flat out lie. As stated, I signed a Vehicle Purchase Order. Mr. Salesperson says we will make it right and get you something better. On my way home, he calls and makes me an offer on a different but newer SUV, HOWEVER they want more money from me for it. MY response, absolutely NOT, if you can't give me a deal for what is on this check than that is not an option. He says he will check with his boss. he calls me back and NOPE can't sell me that DEAL for that amount, even though they screwed up the first deal and my entire upcoming planned weekend. SO, I call back on Monday 10/12. Surely that is enough time to find a deal to compensate for their screw up. NOW I get the cold shoulder! Now I am being told THEY will call me when they find something. So today 10/14 and not one call or offer or question or apology. I have concluded the Nice Car Company of Ottawa Lake Michigan has NO Integrity. Please beware!
