The pricing was very fair as well. I can only give them the highest recommendation. I would not hesitate for a second to purchase another vehicle from Hill's.

The difference between a small car dealership like Hill's Auto Sales versus one of the big dealers…read morejust down the road is that when you step onto the lot of one of those big dealerships, there will almost immediately be some shark sniffing you out, trying to gauge how much commission they might be able to get out of you. They are therefore incentivized to sell you the most expensive car that they can, and of course, to sell as many cars as possible. Most if not all of those dealerships even give their salespeople quotas to reach each month, which makes it more about quantity than quality of service. Hill's Auto, on the other hand, is owned and operated by Jeremy Hill, and his business model is to seek out the best cars that he can find and then do whatever repairs need to be done in order to make them dependable. Then he sells these cars to his customers at the best price that he can. No commissions. No middlemen. That's his name on the sign, and it's his reputation if he started selling people lemons. That's the difference between a salesperson and a small-business owner. Alhough, like most people, I've been conditioned over the years to never set foot on the lot of a used car dealership without being on my guard and skeptical of every claim (especially when it comes to undercoating, which is right up there with blinker fluid), Jeremy Hill has integrity. That's a rare quality in a used car dealer, but it's one that I think will help his business flourish. He sold me a good car at a good price. When the check engine light came on shortly after buying it, he had his mechanic fix it (with a better-than-stock part), simply because this did not fit with his business model of selling dependable used cars at prices that people can actually afford. There was a problem that his mechanics had overlooked, and so he made it right. I waited a couple of weeks before writing this review, but I can now safely recommend Hill's Auto Sales to anyone who might be considering the purchase of a quality used car in the Bowling Green/Toledo area.

I was quite frustrated and considered calling a different place. I decided to call the salesperson that sold me the car almost a year ago and he immediately called their internal direct line, and in less than 5min had a service person call me directly and set up an appt. I am extremely satisfied that salesman Brett Forster was willing and able to find a solution so quickly!

The last time I leased they switched the price on me claiming my credit score was 30 points lower than it actually was, so they ran it again saying it wouldn't affect my credit report (but it did). Had to extended the terms of the lease to get to agreed upon monthly price. When buying my last vehicle in cash they kept pushing an extended warranty that I declined many times and then they wanted my husband and I to sign a blank form. That's actually illegal and grossly inappropriate for any financial person to request someone to sign a blank form. I wonder how many scams they run with those that do sign the blank forms. The service dept is a disaster. Made an appointment to have a recall issue fixed on my new Jeep along with a few other items. Told by advisor an appt doesn't mean they'll actually look at it then (what the hell is an appt for then?). Told him I needed my car back by the next day as I took the day off work and they didn't have loaners. Tried calling multiple times to no answer and was finally patched through to a more direct line only to be told they hadn't even looked at my car yet - 8 hours after dropping it off! We took the car to another authorized Jeep service center and they had every problem fixed within 5 hours because they actually schedule appointments for the work to be done, not just for someone to drop their car off and have it sit around all day for nothing.

Pretty stingy place to look for a vehicle,…read more I inquired on carfax.com about a 2025 Jeep Gladiator Mojave, later that day I was called by unfortunately later to find out an absolutely awful salesman by the name of Steve Myers. (I feel awful for anyone who has to work with this egotistical sore loser) I asked over the phone if the vehicles price is negotiable and if I could toss in an offer, he stated how the dealership is a volume dealer and their prices are put "aggressively" which didn't ultimately answer the question but I didn't think much of it and tossed in an offer. Few hours later I was told that the vehicles price is firm, to which I responded by saying "Okay, let me know if anything changes", he tried to justify the price by sending me a data analysis report of similar spec to spec vehicles within a 300 mile radius of the dealership, his vehicle was ranked 3rd for best price in the market, I asked him "where's the location of the first two" to which he claims that locations are not given. After doing not even 10 minutes of digging, I found both. 2 days later, he messages me saying "I saw it." In my response to me seeing the vehicle he failed to provide me information on. Cool I guess? 4 days later, he sends me the listing again and he drops the vehicles price by about $200-300-ish. I told him to delete all my information as I'll be looking for other options in the market since I wasn't too fond of his tone from the start, he states my offer "was not exceptionally fair" to which I show him a better vehicle in the market with a lower price than his AND lower miles than his. His response? "Go buy it." What a ways to go for a salesman Anyways, spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you're looking for a vehicle, this place does NOT deserve your business.
