Bought another car in 2023 from a different Ohio dealer, and 2022 from a Pennsylvania dealer and that all went smoothly receiving my Michigan title and plates. This dishonesty is just disgusting. For them to cheat and pocket the couple hundred dollars they deserve to lose customers forever.

Stranded in a tollway lot from 3:36 PM until 8:30 PM, we baked in the scorching heat for nearly five hours. When we finally called for the emergency roadside assistance we were promised, we discovered it was never processed at the time of sale a convenient "oversight" that left us abandoned in a sweltering car. Now, four days later, we remain without a replacement vehicle. The only updates we receive are those we drag out of them over the phone, while they wait on their preferred insurance to deem this failure worthy of a loaner. Their deafening silence and glacial pace speak louder than any denial ever could. Trust is not easily broken, but Taylor Kia has shattered it completely.
