The customer service upon entering the store was nice, but beyond that it wasn't anything extraordinary and left a lot to be desired. No 'thank you for shopping with us' when we checked out and the cashier seemed to really dislike her job. I don't think she smiled once. Everything we bought in-store could have been purchased online, at the same prices, in the convenience of my own home. I'll stick to online shopping.

There are woven products, soaps, pottery, fudge, jewelry, and doggie treats. There are all sorts of items that you should just stop by and see for yourself since gift giving is so personal. The shop is owned by a local woman (her father was behind the counter during my visit.) I was able to ask questions about the shop and found that her upscale shop (Studio 29) also carries artisan goods just about a block farther east on Wabash.
