Really really cool shop. Super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Update to add, I won't be back. They sold me a green glass dome for my rig which turned out to be painted green. The paint came off when I washed it and presumably I inhaled some of it. I called the store to let them know and see how they would try and make this right and George let me know that I could scrape the paint off, maybe I should stick to clear glass and apologized. He could have offered to replace the dome, it wasn't free. I really want to like these people. This is just beyond negligence and poor customer care. read more

The manager has a superiority complex that can only be matched by his sexism, and general lack of basic human decency. It seems like it's ingrained in his brain that he can't even show a small sense of good will but instead covers it with arrogance and insecurity. Great customer service. If they don't have something they go out of their way to find it, order it, or tell me where to get it. The guys and girl working there are very knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy or arrogant. It is one of the nicest stores I have been in and does not have that sometimes creepy 70's Led Zeppelin vibe that some tobacco stores can have. They have an outstanding selection of glass and vape juices that are hand blended in store. read more

In here pretty regularly and it's a good place. Glass can be a bit overpriced but that's on you if you don't shop around for the best quality and price combo these days imo. Good selection of both tobacco and other smoking accessories, also hookah stuff. Have some lesser know, higher quality cigar and cigarette brands as well. Only complaint I've had is a torch that won't refill, but given the number of times I've gotten a free can of butane or 10% knocked off my order just cause I'm getting a few of the same thing... I'm not too upset about it. Oh also only one brand of hemp wraps, but plenty of papers and cigarillos. Owner is nice, employees are nice and helpful too. My only rec is to look for glass online instead if you're spending less than 50 to get decent quality for that price point (if it's a water pipe, they have great non water pieces for under 50 of course). Also a decent amount of silicone pipes, which are great for traveling or friends you don't trust! read more

They refuse to give prices over the phone. It takes a desperate company to use this tactic to try and get you in the store.

Mostly a head shop, with a large collection. I'm not really into that scene, but the layout of the place is super professional, not at all seedy. They also have a decent selection of e-cigs and "analog" cigarettes, including your Dunhills and Nat Shermans that are tougher to find. At the end of the day, every college town is going to have a few "tobacco" shops, for good or ill. This one is professional, friendly, and with a good stock of tobacco-related products. Great shop in my book. Only thing I wish they had was a bike rack. read more

They have a huge selection don't get me wrong, but when it comes to customer service, and product quality. I'd rather go down the street to the Smoke Shack. I bought 2 boxes of whipped cream chargers. When I got home to make whipped cream, most of the cartridges wouldn't even expel into the whipped cream canister, and if it did, the whipped cream tasted like bike chain grease. When I cleaned the canister out I could see black grease on the inside of it, impossible to clean out. I was wondering why they are such low quality. Smoke Shack sells a brand for the same amount that I have never had any trouble with. I'm sure Evergreen sells cheap stuff because it's a larger profit margin for them. I took the unopened box back immediately and explained what had happened to the owner, and asked if I could have a refund for the unopened box. He looked at me like I was lying, wouldn't give me a refund, but instead gave me a box of more expensive cartridges, which I didn't want, but it's better than nothing. Went home and tried the more expensive cartridges out, same problem. I'm disappointed in their poor customer service and the poor quality of their large selection of products. And especially the rude attitude I got from the owner. Never going back again, I won't suggest them to friends. The sad thing is, we had two great smoke shops, friendly staff, high quality products in town. But when Evergreen opened, they took the clientele of Underground, which had be open for 20 years, and forced them to close. read more

I'm not sure who paid the other users to write bad reviews, but this has been my go-to shop since Undercover closed several years ago. They have a great selection. Pretty much whatever you want, they have, or they will order it for you. They are friendly and helpful and always recognize me when I stop in. Prices are not bad, considering that the quality of the products they offer is far better than you will find in some of the less expensive shops. You get what you pay for, y'all. read more
